This means it’s Peter’s genetics that made Stewie so smart. Bertram, Stewie’s other half-brother who’s also extremely intelligent and evil is the product of Peter donating his sperm to a bank. The half-brother in this video is from Lois’s egg and he’s not nearly as smart as Stewie.
