Good to see you back Stu. Nice to see your ol man still around . Just having a debate with my shooting mate . Do you walk around with one up the spout on a dropped pin . I.e close bolt whilst pulling the trigger so sear doesn't engage to cock the pin .

Yes I do sometimes mate, however, I tend to prefer the bolt up so all I have to do is close it when the action starts. I should use the safety but I hate the thought of a cocked weapon with a little safety holding everything.

@@HuntingwithStu my sentiments exactly .. that safety can be bumped from a dropped rifle . It has to be a well directed blow with some force to jar the pin on a closed bolt to light the fire .

Awesome stuff Stu, great to see your Dad is still keen as to get out on the hunt with the boys. Love all your enthusiasm. You lads demonstrate the great Australian dream perfectly in my opinion, the beautiful australian outback, bit of camping and hunting with some fishing in between with good friends and family, doesn't get any better than that

Nice one mate. Good to see you up our way. We just bought 160 acres about 300K's south of Lake Callide. Starting to think we settled for too small a block.🤣 Has pigs & other ferals but would have liked larger. Cheers mate.

while your out there could you please take some staples and more pencils out to my rotten desk in the billabong. i could also use a fresh coffee cup mate there are bushes growing out of my old one. by the way can you send dear old dad to the corporate office and fix the damn office paper work problems.... but ask him nicely he is head of the beanie boonie division! edit 13:12 see if you would have scheduled with the corporate office you would have had the yacht and lunch on the water....but noooo we cant do that! huh

@@HuntingwithStu we need you to go clean out mailboxes. your office door is about to blow the hinges. the corporate office is not a building any more it is a secure complex we have a tram and shuttles running to the main building, motor pools and government parking... we even have an airport now with heli pads and business jet parking! if you would bother to drop in for a visit once in a while ...huhhhh...

@@HuntingwithStu oh baby! the 300 floor tower has a full launch pad were the elevator used to be. i lost that fight! security patrols support buildings grounds keepers camera and mobile surviellence. ISS space station has a resupply port on the roof, air traffic control. I think they are building a canal to the resevoir... lol

@@HuntingwithStu oh mate! you and dad need to come get your employee and special purpose passes. we go to the tram after hours and have tram races. you have employees and pay roll .... and any other stupid crap i can think of!rudd and howard problems with the added security makes it a mess! mail is still at issue!! ur box??
