Some great news ideas! But I wouldn't convert a metal file cabinet to something you water! Rust stains, which are inevitable, really stain concrete & leach into surrounding areas! But some really useful stuff! Thanks!

Just buy a clear drip pan for a $1 or so to make the concrete plant base. Way cheaper than the cookies. Some good ideas.

Plants won't get any nutrients from pool noodles and there's not enough room left in the pot to add enough to sustain them. Dumb idea

Well, the lady put four bottles of water to give it some weight. Do you think the faux ferns will get nutrients from that? Asking for a dumb neighbor.
