Dang it after 10:15 --- I had a black eye and a loose tooth 😜😖🤕 ----- I'm gonna have to do that air cleaner mod on my MS 271 farm boss ( yes I know those farm bosses are better than just a 271 🤔😂🤣 ) I not fond of my 271 kinda week and I can adjust those things on the carb . I did put new fuel lines with a new car kit and Stihl not happy . My 10-10 will give it a black eye and a loose tooth any day . Hope the kiddos keep getting better 🙏

I have a brand new MS271 Stihl chainsaw. Boy, this thing is hard to start. When using the choke at a cold start, the thing is flooded immediately. When switching to the third position and motor pull and give full throttle I can start this thing. However, this is very inconvenient when you are alone. I am really disappointed in Stihl unable to deliver an (expensive) chainsaw which is easy to start. Previous Stihl chainsaws always start in max 3 pulls, but this is bad.

Need some help. Put a carb kit on my MS 271 and now it will only run with full choke. Did the breather mod too. What could it be? Can’t see the do-flicker…maybe an issue?
