the thing is that Stiles loved Lydia since 3rd grade, he never stopped it did change though but he respected her enough to not force anything onto her. He was okay with being friends and that's why I like this ship because it grew naturally unlike Allison and Scott

I love this ship sm. Honestly when Stiles and Malia started dating I was quite hurt, YES they’re a really cute couple and had some chemistry but they didn’t have the same amount of chemistry that Lydia and Stiles. Lydia had already fallen in love with stiles in season 3, but she didn’t realize it until a while later, stiles loved her since third grade and he’s mentioned it a thousand times, but he didn’t wanna rush her. But he’s feelings never left, whether y’all like it or not they were meant to end up together
