Yes it is! The video was produced by Strange Music, but is made of archive footage of each of the artists - probably because of the number of rappers that would have to be assembled to shoot an actual video. Not to mention, when they say "worldwide," that's legit. There's artists from all over the globe - eastern Europe, the middle east, central America, and from every corner of the US.

I'll check to see if you haven't seen the Midwest choppers songs. They came before Worldwide Choppers which is why Tech N9ne said "We started in the Midwest and now we about to take it World Wide..." And the second WWC features Eminem in Speedom". The second song is based on the song "Freedom" and cost a lot of money to license so Eminem is the the only feature which Tech didn't even have to pay him for. Eminem only asked for a trade and Tech fulfilled his trade with his verse on the song "Beast" from the Southpaw soundtrack. That's another banger with Busta Rhymes, Twista, and Rob Bailey original song remixed.
