Business 102. Don’t limit your business to time or product sold. Waffles like pancakes will be eaten by Americans once every 3 months. Glad they are succeeding but check back in 6 months. They will need to sell 1000 waffles a month just to cover costs. Interesting story. Cheers!

It's not breakfast waffles. It's sold as desert eye-candy. Everyone wants sweets. Besides, they are kids and use it to hop around to events. They aren't trying to become a multinational corporation. As far as operating costs, I'm sure the waffles cost more than $3 each, and it's not the only waffle truck around so surely someone is able to manage.
