I always say this but the production quality on Walking On The Moon, considering it was recorded in 1979 is incredible. Listen to the song through headphones and you'll see what I mean. I think they said they recorded Outlandos D'amour for £4,000 pounds and Regatta De Blanc for £6,000(happy to be corrected on that). Even though it was the late 70s, those amounts are still paltry sums for recording LPs, when you consider what some bands spent on making records. What a great job they did. I loved The Police as a teenager and I still love the band at age 60. Great music is timeless.
