Love it! Admittedly I'll love nearly anything Sting does, but this is a charming surprise, both whimsical and poignant given the loss of Alex. I want to know how Sting's voice keeps *improving* with age? The lines are smoother, his vibrato steadier (and that's something that usually gets *less* steady as one ages!)... He just seems ever more in command of his unique instrument than ever. He also wins the final round of Jeopardy with the deceptive cadence before we get to the real ending. Nicely done.

Sting, an ex-teacher, could probably do pretty well on Celebrity Jeopardy.

I rarely watch Jeopardy and saw this at the end of the episode yesterday, and was surprised to see Sting singing this. Nice they posted it.

In their world, being on Jeapardy is that place where what you do and what she does connects. Mr. Sting, Sir, I believe she knows. I believe in the old Lakota wisdom -- the one thing anyone ever told me that helped with loss. I don't see it as interfering with any other beliefs on the rest of the soul. They say we grow like Sassafrass trees, which grow together in the forest in clusters. They send out runners, from which new trees grow. If the top is cut down, we no longer see the tree, but the roots remain, nourishing and sustaining us, in living ways -- like when you hear in your head what your Ma would say. That's not a memory. This is happening now, so that's a living response. So thrill in knowing that the part of her that lives on through you, is beside herself, delighted. Just thank you for this - it was my passed on Ma in me, delighting in your song, and helping me recognize the truth of it that brought understanding and healing to a little tender spot in my own heart. Of course, followed by, "...and why don't YOU write songs anymore, Angelle? He's not too old to -- what's your excuse?" Finally get to vent, my pet peeve is the presenter not revealing all clues on the board, which shouldn't be allowed. It wasn't for the 'goat' matches. So it was only one clue last night but this rips it. They don't have enough time to reveal all the clues but they have time to show sting sing a little 1 minute ditty. Stop dithering jeopardy producers and finish all clues on board before going to commercials. PS, may sound like I'm perturbed but I was raised with you and I love you jeopardy. Sharpen up.!
