One of the best popcorn poppers I have ever used! My parents had one back in the 90s. Bought one at Walmart years ago and still occasionally use it.

Kevin Strom- Right. Keeping the lid on while it’s popping makes the popcorn soggy.

Four payments of seven buck?... if you have a credit card and cant afford one payment of thirty buck you have some serious financial hardship and probably shouldn't be buying a popcorn maker....

I have one of these popcorn poppers. I'm very impressed with it, so far. I use Orville Redenbacher kernels.

That popcorn they are making is going to be chewy as h3ll. They need to take the cover part off of the lid to let the steam out.

That's the newer version (has a larger cap) which has venting holes around the outside of the butter tray, which are not covered. This allows the butter to melt properly. That being said, this also means that when you flip it over, any added butter/flavouring can drip down onto the tray which is now not completely sealed, so you have to be careful not to tip it over (you can also empty it into a second bowl).

They are awful to clean, I ended up throwing away my StirCrazy and I just use a pot on the stove to make popcorn.

I’m sorry but that s’mores mess she made looked absolutely disgusting…talk about a sugar attack…your better off just putting a straw in some high fructose corn syrup and and sip away
