嗯嗯，沒錯 通常都是先吃嫩芽，吃到膩了、老了，才留瓜吃瓜，最後連瓜也膩了，就留老的瓜育苗，等待下一季的嫩芽，如此循環

曬乾拿來炒蒜頭也很好吃喔 在台灣生長很多切片曬成乾可以慢慢吃就像蘿蔔乾ㄧ樣很香

Chayotes are good. I have used them in a chicken soup/ stew. Yummy. Yikes was so very hungry and enjoyed the dishes. 🎃💕😊

2023/11/1小莉：佛手瓜裡面仔可以吃、自己種蔬菜不用花錢買真好！台灣菜價不便宜、今年佛手瓜也很少見。紅龍果也不多去年都可以買到便宜今年很貴 ..😮😅

In Australia we call them choko(choke o).. mum used to pick them when small preserve like pears . They’re yummy roasted

I adore coyote. The seed is edible, but there is a layer between the meat and the seed that is firehouse. I only remove this and add the nutty seed back in.

Minha mãe cultiva chuchu, ela colhe novinho que é mole a unha entra com com facilidade, aqueles com espinhos estão velhos e bem duros.O melhor é o suflê de chuchu.
