What cap setting do you choose on the screen? There’s 4 hat hoop options.

Hi Nicole. If you are using our new SWF ES models, there are four modes like you said. If you use the quick change cap system, use "QC Cap" mode. If you use any other cap hooping device, use "Cap" mode. This video shows you where that setting is on this specific type of embroidery machine model: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jcejlNqax9fJop8.html
