Extremely curious. From a medical field, how did you train yourself on MCUs and Embedded Systems? In this world of Specialization, one needs a big leap of imagination and curiosity to be able to do lateral thinking, and get oneself out of the box, and being able to pickup such multiple specialized skills and knowledge!! Very many compliments to you!! Am very curious to know, what was the motivating factor, the process, and how much time would have taken from keeping your current specialized professional knowledge update, and at the same time picking up additional specialized knowledge! Congratulations once again!

Thnakyou for the comment and appreciation. I think the most important part is exposure to electronics in my school, that ignited a spark and the second most important ingerdient is ability to imagine, whats happeining behind. Of course curiosity as to how radio works, and how computers 'think' was the major driving force.
