Here I have downloaded the keil uvision5 but the stm32cube HAL (API) is not there, will you please guide

I am surprised that you praised Keil so much, considered the outdated interface, and only supported Windows. In the latest 2022 Stack Overflow survey of software developers, what operating system was their primary (professional usage). Linux has already become more prominent than macOS (40% vs. 32%) of the people who responded. Windows still have some edge with 48% of the respondents. But the Windows Subsystem for Linux has also seen an increased uptake of 15%. With a steady increase, which will accelerate during 2023, sitting on Windows only solution seems like a terrible vendor lock-in. Sorry if I sound negative, but Keil lives in the past. Cheers.
