I mean, with prem account and a prem vehicle, you could probably unlock a medium sized tree under 100 hours. Air wise at least, ground takes longer.

On the f-14b the aim9L is a default missile (at any top tier vehicle you get at least 2 of your average missiles in this case the aim9L)

Use chaffs or just out manouver them. Radar missiles while fly longer and can't be flared (and chaffs doesn't always work, mostly when missile is already fired) they have worse maximum Gs and speed.

Fly low, that works against all radar missiles. Lower tier ones can also be easily dodged with chaff, and better ones can be countered by notching the enemy's radar.
