@@cowboykyle I love that truck as well. Rather simple and with hidden power. My work had one from 2011 on. (They still have it). A lot of times the winter is at its worst in the beginning because people aren't practiced. We pulled out a 16,000-pound recycling truck that slid at an angle into the ditch. When one of the guys stomped on it, I heard from my car from a good distance and it sounded like a monster. I will achieve earning a 6.2 in the next couple of years. It's funny, my '03 F-150 5.4 2-valve sound damn good from the low end and thinks it's a big block!! LOL Ford is #1 because they have the best variety, and plain out, do not go away for nothing. It's obvious when generations of Ford families continue to buy Ford F-series. #1. I don't walk around with hatred in my heart so those other brands are great in their own way. GM are okay if ya like working on em all the time. lol I've had good luck with ford and dodge and I'll take either or. Got a powerstroke right now I use for work. 07 6.0. Got 340k on it and runs like a top. Egr been deleted. No programmer... Which is probably why it's lasted as long as it has and hasn't gave me any problems. Old school chevys ain't bad. @@kregadeth5562 I'm a big Ford guy and to me the 4.6 is the worst thing Ford ever did. If you knew how long that new pushrod 7.3 had been on paper before they gave it the green light, you would be upset. 4.6 is physically bigger than my BBFs (460s) with way less displacement. Terrible. They should have just put updated heads on the 351 windsor engines. There is zero need for OHC in cop cars and work trucks. I'm so glad that engine is long gone.
