Stock market investing versus real estate . . . Do both! Building as many streams of income as possible is the fastest way to wealth building.

There are benefits to both, and you should probably invest in both if you can! I stick to stocks just because its easier & I know what I'm doing in that market better than the real estate market.

I love Real Estate because of the leverage you can use on that property!!! Of course there are going to be unforeseen events but theres risk in everything that we do.

I started in real estate and naturally thought it was better only because I didn’t know how to invest in the stock market. Started learning the stock market this year and now I’m. Lower entry for stocks but less risk and volatility with real estate (IMO).

I do agree, stock market is quicker results short term but once you get that steady real estate money (especially rental income) it lasts much longer and can be more beneficial long term. I currently have stocks and will get (back) into real estate by the end of this year! Nice video!

Enjoyed the fact you both looked at the positives and the negatives of both stocks and real estate. I have to agree that stocks are best to get started and then diversify. The biggest reason I feel that people are scared of the stock market is because they see the price change each day. As they only see the price of RE change every few years they forget about short term price changes and thinking the price only goes up. Would love to see people react if they could see the price of their house change every day.

for me RE allows astute investors to use leverage sensibly and also create recurring income streams to reduce dependency on paid employment. Also not having live prices makes our goals align with the asset class. that being said, i invest in both :)

Stock market investing is what I would prefer way more than real estate because look at tesla for example the stock went up more than 100 percent in the last 3 month can real estate do that?

The best answer is both. Good to be diversified. But the average person can grow their net worth much faster with real estate investing.

Ok resisted the urge to comment before watching the whole thing. Compelling topic, great video. Agreed with several points. I agree that it's a good idea to invest in stocks & real estate. The rest of the stock market advice was SPOT on!! buy the dip, buy blue chip companies, don't get emotional. You both know your stock game! However, I think the real estate topics could have used a real estate voice chiming in. Firstly, there are 6 ways that real estate makes you rich! Second, cock roaches and repairs? Come on guys! This stuff doesn't scare real estate folks when they learn their field. Truthfully, both Real Estate and Stock market investing is incredible. Especially considering 99% of everyone is just blowing their cash with no thoughts about their future. Anyone investing in either is leagues ahead of most people. Anyone watching this channel is leagues ahead of most people for that matter. Just subbed to Nicks channel! Awesome content guys thank you for posting :)
