I've had the invisible bug, took me some time to realise it too, at one point your just like "ok ive killed 2, 5people are watching me and not shooting, seems weird". Nice vids, continue being the sniper god, glhf!

@@Cameron00 depends what platform you are on it does not 1 hit kill on ps4 i had to grind it out on bots and you cant even 1 hit kill a bot standing still at point blank.

I think if you're going like max speed and close the wingsuit to where you just glide past someone with your gun out, you should die if you hit the ground,that's a bit bs to me to be honest.

If coming from a hard angle (above 30 to 40 degrees) then yea for sure, but if you start gliding and hit the pavement fast at say from 10 or 15 degrees then best would just be to slow down the player more quickly once they hit, maybe a bit of damage from sheer sliding speed. Unsure about kill tho unless it's like 300km/h from a helicopter.

Lately I’ve been using the AK with high power and extended barrel and it functions as a fast firing DMR, pretty fun when defending on breakthrough! I swap out to a similar setup at Stodeh when up close

Dude I was DYING from that opening clip!!! Too funny. I have been offline for a week for work but I’m so glad to see the improvements from the patches. I love the AK-24 but it was only manageable at close range. Your shredding and satisfaction using it has me stoked to jump back on!

I think I was invisible once with two enemies run past me and yet I"ve been spawned directly in front of active fire (within a micro second was dead) and no one else around (eg a team-mate they would've been aiming at). Once I dropped in a zone...in a field and before my feet hit the ground was dead and the kill-cam showed a sniper about a mile away. definitely some bugs?

The flanking opportunities with Sundance are insane! Even though shes not my favorite operator (operators still isn't a very good choice but might as well rank them right?), the ability to get behind the enemies so easily is pretty op.

It's great against pvp, but when there's AI it spots and one shot me all the time from a far distance or catchs me .5 second flying through a crack.

I had the entire enemy team go invisible in the tunnel on orbital, you could only see the icon above where their head would be cuz they we're spotted.

I don't know why but when I kill someone it comes a few seconds after the kill indicator while everyone else arrives at the same time as the kill.

Yesterday on Orbital we were standing 12v12 on C2 and we couldnt see them and they couldnt see us only the red dots on minimap revealed by proxy nades.

I really appreciate the graphics and details in the character models. Look at the part where Stod wingsuits to the sniper, around 8:25, lays down next to them, and you can see the character model close their eye every time they look into the scope of the sniper rifle. Pretty nice.

They did do a good job, but if youre like me you dont close your eyes to shoot, that just lowers your field of vision. Idk if you've been closer to the end of someone's barrel like that but the concussion from the rounds fired should have made her wince, it's like getting punched in the face.

Cool story. I don't know any marksmen who don't close an eye for long range shooting. If you're in the middle of the action, sure, you need as much awareness as possible. If you're sitting way above or far away from everything, you don't need all that FOV. Percussion making them since? Come on dude, it's a video game. They're never going to get it 100% real...I just wanted to point out a cool little detail I noticed that i appreciate the devs putting in there. Maybe I should ask them to get the uniforms dirty every time your characters drops into the prone position too?

(Clip from beginning) I had something similar happen to me on hourglass, a1 point. Ended up killing 62 people before random grenade got me. Strangest thing I have ever witnessed in a game.

@@valdemarforsman In the beginning you learn to shoot with one eye open, but yea specialists and special forces irl learn how to shoot with both eyes open, and snipers/marksman are taught to use their scope eye to focus target and their outer eye to watch surroundings, etc (I was taught this and it's pretty damn difficult at first since you have to treat the eyes seperately).

It’d be cool if you could trade your primary weapon for a second specialist ability. you’d start at a disadvantage then could pick the gun up of someone you kill but only if you killed them

i was taking your sniping tips serious and i can say, yeah its working. I had rounds with 50+ kills, dang dude. But one thing you left out: patience. Or did i missed this advide? dont know^^ but not rushing myself and watching my enemiers through the scope and see what they are doing was more helpful than just scope in - see - shoot immedietly

I remember doing 3 kills in quick succession in COD got accused of bot aiming, first and only time I managed to do it, as I got hounded out. Only played COD for 1 week longer before walking away.

Great Video, good gameplay and nice explanation but, compared to bf4 attachments this only comes down to very basic sets. Either you move or you don’t and depending on it you mod. No deeper variety in mods. With that in mind it’s literally only Smart To have „while standing/not moving“ ones on a dmr and the „while moving“ ones on any ar or smg. Which brings it to literally the same mods on any gun with the chance to change minor things mid fight (magazine/ silencer/ scope) which yet again screams overhaul the weapons dice.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I watched my clip and I think it was caused by my spawn. Cause I spawned in tank that I saw blew up the second I spawned, but I was still alive and able to play normal. Even my teamate didnt see me on the field.

How come u don’t have hit register issue? And ur game appears to run smooth. I have constant fps drops on 128 player map on 1080 p, ryzen 5 5600x, rx 6600 xt and 16 gig of ram

hahhahahhhah that opening behind the enemy lines with your revolver was sick -- you must have been invisible as you stated. The game is completely bugged and unacceptable in it's current state for this to happen and it's been reported previously. Obviously not fun for the enemy getting shot from nowhere. Glad you had fun with it though.

Why the "Horizontal recoil" muzzle, as the AK24 doesn't move much side-to-side when shooting?

Top players can control vertical recoil with mouse since it only acts up. Horizontal recoil adds unpredictability because it adds side to side movement. If you imagine shooting a wall without recoil control, the more it's a straught line going up, the more they can get all those shots at the exact same spot with recoil control.

I generally shoot friendlies now just to make sure they not enemies bec of this bug. It not invisible btw, you just appear to them as friendly. They fucked up my mouse key bindings after update #3. EA/DICE have shown us they are really terrible at getting the easy things right.

there is still massive hit reg issues, if you go and start a match in breakthrough against the bots, when they are all packed up or just alot going on at the sae time then none of your bullets are hitting , even online sometimes it happens, less frequent than before but they seriously have to fix this, it's plaguing the game, ruining the fun .

Fun fact: this “ak-24” its actually just an ak-12, the gun set to replace the ak-74m ( a more developed version of the ak-47) as main battle rifle for the Russian army. the ak-12 featured in older games like bf4 or cod ghosts is actually a prototype by one Vladimir zlobin (not Michail Kalashnikov, the creator of the ak-47) rejected by the army a few times due to problems with reliability and durability (faults that an ak CANNOT have) on top of costing way more than the ak-74m. After zlobins company, izhmash, went in to heavy finantiary peril, it actually fused with Kalashnikov, that actually saw value in the ak-12 project (and the historical reputation of the izhmash company). Under the Kalashnikov company the ak-12 got refined and developed further and that brings us to the gun we see in bf2042. Which means that while it looks like a pretty futuristic weapon, In all reality by the time 2042 rolls around we’ll be looking at this ak like we look at the M16. Edit: ok maybe not M16, but you get my point, a mainstream/slightly old weapon.
