I think concept of Stoicism is not only so difficult for me but also interesting and significant idea . As it is concerned with Ikigai. It seems to be reflected as deep as possible, and also to be satisfied with what we have. Anyway I am looking forward to the book, and I’d like to peruse it and deepen my understanding more in my own way.

やはりストイシズムは養老先生が説明されてる感覚によって作られるものですね。感覚ですから外的環境との関係は不可欠です。アライメントは大切なんですが、概念の世界では非常にストイシズムを実践するのは至難の業です。
