@sixxftundr.....Thank You for your service... I think I met you at a secret agent convention...If you remember I was the guy that was the door gunner on the Challenger and first person to successfully do a HALO jump from the stratosphere off of a burning space shuttle. On my way back to Earth I used my Draegar Long Range Rifle to assassinate the head of the KGB with a confirmed kill of over 12,350 miles. Of course the only 2 people that have access to my military records are George Washington and Ronald Reagan ( weird story about how that happened but I swear it's true ).... I have 234 Medal of Honors, a Pluto Expeditionary Medal ( I was sent there on a classified mission to stop the approaching Alien Invasion ), and took a second out of the heavy combat I am currently involved in in N.Korea even though I'm here piled waist high in spent brass and grenade pins... Since there is no internet here I can't reveal how I was able to send this message as it is more classified then the Navy's Tacamo program AND more secret then our launch codes for our nukes...I have heard that I've been nominated for more awards for my secret mission in the 80s when a Soviet Submarine Captain tried to defect and the CIA sent me on a helicopter into the North Atlantic to be dropped into the water and picked up by the USS Dallas which was monitoring the Soviet Boomer ( The Blue February ). I used Morse code through the telescope to inform the Soviet Skipper I was there to help and he let me onto his ship which I then commanded to sink most of the Soviets Northern Fleet. The last 30 years have slowed down for me..Aside from killing Bin Laden, Al Baghdadi, Zawahari and capturing Saddam I spend most of my days now trying to find TV producers to make a story of my life.

One of my best friends dad was in UTD - 17 when they were known as frogmen. He was deployed at Okinawa Japan in WWII prior to the initial invasion. Knew him for 55 years. The initial invasion of Okinawa on 1 April 1945 was the largest amphibious assault in the Pacific Theater of World War II. There is pride in going & doing that kind of work, thanks for exposing Captain Underpants.

Don…retired Navy here. Both white hat Airdale and commissioned black shoe…active and Reservist. I went into federal wildlife law enforcement as a career when Reagan’s 600 ship Navy accomplished what he wanted it to, and billets for anyone other than “ring knockers” were slim to none. I’m sitting here on an isolated island off the coast of Maine…volunteered to protect/enhance a tern colony….prior tern arrival….storm moving in,chop picking up. So, I have some down time…watching this, I’m happy to say that after 37 years Navy Service (includes Reserves) “I AM NOT A SEAL!” I did however, played - and lost - volleyball against them at Chesapeake/First Landing Beach (near Little Creek.. And drank a few beers with them. (Hey! That doesn’t count, does it?) I admire the hell out of your convictions, but Lord love a duck, they start yelling and swearing at the wife…Dianne….FUCK them! That alone, proves what yellow-pissed cowards they are. Life’s too short, Don. Regardless, thank you for your Service (hey, I still never tire of people saying that to me). Take care, mi hermano! Best to the wife….bless her heart. My wife went through some sleepless nights-both careers-I know that Dianne must have, too. I tell mine….I hope you do, too…her job as a Navy wife? Unsung hero. Father is Navy vet, as well. Submarine welder and went to one of the top training schools in the world to work on aircraft. They never talked about their service unless asked. I worked in a underground coal mining for 25 years and i met a spook, a fake navy seal during that time. He often bragged talked himself up. But, he always only openly lied to civilians. He kept his mouth shut around veterans. Civilians fell for imaginary past. He even had the popular classified sealed dd214. I asked him about it and he hesitated and didn't want to talk about it, i asked what ships he's been on and he couldn't remember a name of one. I asked him which ports he's been to, he couldn't give me a name where he's been ashore. 🤣 He moved away about 10 years ago and im sure hes fooling civilians wherever he is.

I met some exceptional people in the service, but I was in no way exceptional in myself. I did 4 years in the Corps as an 0311 (rifleman), 1974-78, spent some time in Florida ANG, 1980-83, then back on active duty in the USN, Submarine Service, 1983-91. A bit unusual but not unique service record. Things just worked out that way. I am proud to have served and to have had the honor and privilege of wearing my country's uniform, that has always been enough for me. The guys who need to create heroic fantasies about themselves are really pretty pathetic, but when they misrepresent themselves to commit fraud they cross the line into criminal behavior, and then they have to be confronted with legal consequences. Thankful for men like Senior Chief Don Shipley, who will call out the crooks and phonies.
