+Corner Booth Games Damn, he sounds beyond good here. I just ended up on this one after watching the April 2015 performance of Vasoline that generated controversy. I just had to hear him in his prime. We miss you, Scott.

now that's the scott i know and love. this performance was about as good as anything he could have put out in the 90s. such talent laid to waste by drugs, it's very unfortunate. i hope he's in a better place now.

I saw these guys for the first time in 92. They opened for Megadeth of all bands at Viking Hall in Bristol TN/VA. It was a high school gym. I thought they were Temple of The Dog until afterwards. They opened with Crackerman, and I remember Scott using a bullhorn. Damn I miss those days.

I never realized how talented those guys are. I saw them on David Letterman some years back and it must have been a bad mix. I wrote them off a scruffy, hyped up punk band, but I was wrong. Scott really is a powerful vocalist and all the musicians are top notch.

If this was 2015, you'd just see everyone holding up their cell phones.
@goldfishcode8 жыл бұрын
What's so wrong with that? I can easily enjoy a concert and record it too. My biggest regret was not filming anything when I saw my favourite band live because I have a bad memory. I'd love to have it to look back on in the future but I don't.
@truthteller44428 жыл бұрын
Taylor Rie -- I didn't say there was. Just noting the differences by generation.
@randydean8888 жыл бұрын
+Taylor Rie , the difference is that those in 2008 will have the human experience of seeing STP live and those in 2015 will have the memory of staring at the back of a phone while recording an iconic band and miss the memory of experiencing of recording the memory in their minds.
@goldfishcode8 жыл бұрын
randydean888 you don't have to look at the phone to record something, and like I said, my memory is shot and I can barely remember the few concerts I've been to.
