FUCK! This might be the best version of this great song. I’m literally in tears because it hit a nerve. The restraint on this one builds a beautiful tension. I’m a 60 year old guy who has over music since I was a kid. My first concert was seeing The Doors when I was 5 years old at the L.A. Forum. Music is everything to me. When I first heard the album version of I’m The Mountain a few years back it immediately became one of my all time favorite songs. Seeing/ hearing this acoustic version really takes it to another level. I remember reading how the guys in Stoned Jesus were tired of being known for one song. I get that. But when you create a masterpiece and then can reinterpret it into different versions… You just have to accept that to some extent. They are much more than one song… But damn…. What a song it is. Thanks for posting this. I wish I had found it earlier. You have made this old stoner guy’s Christmas. Time to light up. ✌🏽❤️🎸🌬️🍃🍄
