The "Stoney Banksy" is a well known local and his name has been in the papers but I will not repeat it as he is a modestly quiet guy. Been living here most of my life (over 40 years) and love the place.

Lovely way of making videos. Calm and taking your time for beautiful pictures. I added the promenade to my list. Would have loved to get more things to see in Stonehaven though. And maybe a conclusion why it's worth a visit. With hundreds of cute towns I wonder what is different about Stonehaven.

My 2x-4x grandparents were from Stonehaven and Crawton Village, to the south. Thanks for this video. I can't wait to visit!

Just returned from Dunnottar Castle to watch the sunrise. The experience was incredible! However, the recent storm caused some damage to the footpath near the shore in Stonehaven. Cheers

I have been there a few times with my friends. I used to live near Aberdeen. Nice town but there is a must-see place near by - Dunnottar Castle - it's beautiful and picturesque!

Yesterday, I noticed that the footpath near the shore was closed due to damage caused by the recent storm. I spent about half an hour in the morning looking for a place to have breakfast, but couldn't find anything open. Earlier, I went with my partner and a friend to Dunnottar Castle to watch the sunrise. Cheers :)
