Travis.....You do something that is completely underrated by most people....... You know how to keep a timely groove and flow with your vocabulary=''licks'', but when the time is right, you add just enough spice to make it so beautiful, and interesting....I have been playing for 44 years now, and you are a breath of fresh air to me..I sub'd, keep it up man.

That guitar tone kills! Not really stoner rock tone .... but still kills. ... Sounds more like blues improvising with a tip of psychedelia. ... cheers!!

@@travisleestephenson Is that a Strat? 1970 Strat? I'm not the biggest fan of Strats, I love the double coil pickup (humbucker) sound better. But I love that sound coming from Billy Corgan's 1970 Strat ... and the one you're playing. Seriously man, love your tone. What year is your Strat?

@@UnderWorldOfDarkness it's a 2011 American standard Strat with Mojo Tone 58 Quiet Coil Pickups. Running thru two amps...a mesa boogie express and a friedman smallbox

Hey man. Any recommendations on where to start, learning how to play licks like that? Any online course for people on a budget? I‘ve got the basics from the pentatonic scale, and feel kinda stuck..

Hey, thanks for reaching out. I would say try learning some solos of players that you like, so you can see how they structure things. Tabs are usually easy to find. I'm also available for lessons if you're ever interested. Best, Travis

Hi, can u tell me what can i use to gain this stoner Sound on my stratocaster? Is There anything affordable for it? Like a pedal switch? I Have a Small fender amplifier and There is no way to get this overdrive on it

@@travisleestephenson I checked vox copperhead overdrive.. I paid a lot and it sounds just like amplifier but louder lol im a bit disappointed Plus my amplifier sounds like short circuit Sound is it normal?? Like loud buzz -_- maybe it's too Small ...fender10g

@@AnAntUnderTheRoof buzz is normal for single coil pickups...try the 2nd and fourth positions with your pickup selector for less noise.
