Awesome video! Could you make a video on adapting the high guard for MMA? It’s generally said that the Shell won’t work in MMA but I’ve noticed several fighters, most notably Petr Yan, use a defense resembling a high guard successfully in MMA but it looks like they do it a little different than in kickboxing and I was wondering what your thoughts on it are considering you’re an expert at the high guard defense.

Great video. This content is extremely useful and allows a fighter to get in on an opponent on Various angles and land clean effectively. Very advanced boxing footwork transitioned beautifully into kickboxing. Thanks

You can move in any direction lmao And yes, if ur smart about it you can move towards their power. Just know why you're doing what you want to do
