Authoritarian regimes and full-on dictatorships aren’t known for their well planned transit projects. From completely unnecessary monorails to things that don't currently exist, like the Hyperloop, there is no shortage of silly transit projects. In this video, we'll explore unnecessary, and sometimes completely ridiculous transit projects in authoritarian countries, and try to work out what would work better.
