In my experience, owning a cat was much easier. Getting a puppy trained to pee and poop outdoors just about made me give up and start using pee pads. Honestly, even with professional help, it was quite a while before my dog was on a bathroom schedule. I'll give you this though: cats indeed are picky. Of course my cat only liked the most expensive food (which was good because it was great for her) and preferred drinking water from the bathroom sink tap. I finally got a metal water fountain which she loved. She only liked yesterday's news litter, but again that was okay because I could flush her poop in the toilet. I needed to change it more often than clumping litter though. And my poor Christmas tree! I couldn't put lights on it because she'd chew the bulbs and cord plus knock off my ornaments I owned that were bought by my parents in the 50's when they were first married. I had to choose safe ornaments from dollar stores and my tree never looked pretty as long as Miss Mew was alive. Small price to pay. She liked tuna, but only Rio Mare tuna from Italy, so that wasn't cheap. I know now that my next cat will be eating a mostly raw diet, another expensive undertaking, but I've seen so many cats benefit from this diet. Who knows though, my next cat might turn their nose up at that, but my backup will be making my own cat food from scratch. I'll be putting lights on my Christmas tree and will 🙏 they don't try and eat them!😅 I'd love a dog, but I'm physically not able to walk on some days so that wouldn't be fair to any dog; they need to be outside not just to toilet, but for exercise and socialization. Ok, I'll 🤐 now

All so true and such good info! I love how you post videos to help folks understand and care for their pet families. It's definitely an important responsibility no matter what type of furry friend you have. I've cared for both over the years, and worked for a vet. Since they can't tell you exactly how they feel, learning to be in tune with subtle changes in their behavior and personality is definitely a huge help. And love that little spoon for cans! Anything that helps make their routine easier and quicker is great!

다른건 영상들 많이 보면서 오해할게 없었지만 강쥐키우는 사람으로서 모래쓰니까 편해서 좋은거 아냐? 했는데 매트로 떨어지는 모래들보고 심지어 먹기까지 하는거보고 저의 오해가 풀리는 시간이었습니다ㅎㅎ

불면 날아갈까 쥐면 부서질까~ 말랑말랑한 요놈 고양이 힘껏 껴안아 본적이 없네요 어디 부러질까 무서워서..ㅎㅎㅎ 너무 앵기면 싫어하면서, 근처에서 안서성거려주면 또 세상 서러워하며 외로움을 타고..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ매일 참 새로웠어요. 저희애는 두부모래 감촉이 좀 묘했는지 처음엔 좀 싫어했었는데- 제가 아이 데리고 있을때는 펠렛같은 도톰한 타임들이었거든요. 요런 작은입자라면 적응하기 훨씬 좋아보이네요!

Great video as always. Honestly from what I’ve seen, how difficult it is to take care of any pets also has to do with how responsible of an owner you are. You could give a pet the bare minimum of feeding them and call it easy, but that wouldn’t cut it.
