I once went to see a speaker of a healing ministry. And as soon as they said that a person wasn't healed because they didn't sew into his ministry. I had just got there we turned around and walked out and went home.

10 Common Errors/Mistakes of deliverance ministry #1 treating deliverance as a show instead of the ministry of mercy for the oppressed. -Do not hurt the person (hitting the demons out) -saying the person is free when they are not -no follow up with the individual after the deliverance session -do not post anyone’s deliverance session without their permission (we’re not doing deliverance for media-but for the person) #2 knowing the authority of the name of Jesus, but not walking in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. #3 making a formula of deliverance more important than dependence on the Holy Spirit #4 not knowing the difference between disorders and demons #5 turning interrogation into a conversation with demons #6 requiring people to sow a seed before they can get deliverance #7 commanding angels instead of demons #8 fighting principalities in the air instead of casting demons out of people #9 teaching people that if they don’t filled more demons will come 10. telling people that deliverance will fix everything. Everything is not a demon

Agreed. I think also about the parable of the unforgiving servant. Namely a principle. He begged for mercy (deliverance) and was set free. If, in turn, he (or we) go to another and deny/obstruct the same merciful freedom, we may find ourselves in a position of lowered favor with the Father

I used to go to a church (9years) the “slaying in spirit had no effect. I ASKED the LORD privately at home - severe pain situation acute, & leg it go. Soon after the LORD spoke to me after a service at another church on another continent… asked me to go speak to the people- I asked permission, granted. Afterwards I asked if anyone wanted prayer- when no response, I said will you pray for me? Pastors daughter in law came NEAR - did NOT touch me & I went l Flying backwards- she continued to pray for me- & I was completely healed from that time onwards (26 years later!!!) now THAT is GOD’s handiwork! Thank you, HOLY SPIRIT, PRAISE YOU, LORD JESUS!!!!

Oh my its actually common sense. If a person worshipped satan , that person had agreements etc and has been demon possesed( the term we use). The person underwent rituels etc etc to get powers, fame money etc but also demons that enabled them to do stuff they themselves cant . Now when a person accepts Jesus as Lord and Saviour, that person isnt automatically free from demons. You must still cast them out! And it defnetly wont help casting demon out of someone who isnt saved. Cause the demon wont go out. Why? Because the demon still has legal rights because of sin.

Example i can go to a witch and command the demons to leave the witch. Guess whats gona happen? Im gona get in trouble. They will probably manifest and laugh and curse me and then i might get a beating. But if the witch repented of sins and asked Jesus into his / her life , then we can go ahead to cast out demons. Thus a unsaved person cant really be delivered. They 1st need to get saved through Jesus.

Just because something isn’t in the Bible does not mean we can’t or shouldn’t do something. *If the Bible clearly tells us NOT to do something then we know what not to do.* But we shouldn’t be teaching against things the Holy Spirit may very well be giving some of us the power & authority to do. JESUS SAID that WE WILL do greater things than even He did. John made it clear that Jesus did sooooooo many things he would never ever be able to write all about. I appreciate you mentioning that our deliverance video shouldn’t be posted without our permission and/or knowledge. I attended a free public event and didn’t sign a waiver and next thing you know there is a video on my experience that also shows my child and personal life. I felt like I “paid a price” by having that broadcasted. No one contacted me even after the video was posted. I should be able to choose how I want to publicize my freedom and my walk with God and not have it thrown out there. There has been much controversy about this and it doesn’t feel good especially knowing what I went through to get there or even after.

Thank you for this teaching. I understand each point you make about deliverance, and I agree. If there is one thing that might be added, it is this. Deliverance ministers who are prideful and who have lost the ability to be humble and loving really concern me. I don't really care how many books they have written or how much they know about demons. Jesus ministered to the hurting and the oppressed in love and in power. We are to follow His example, right? His example did not include boasting or any unloving action against the afflicted.

Go to Our Lady Mother of God, She will help you, and then, go see a Catholic priest about converting to Catholicism, the One True Church that Jesus Christ established. Do NOT listen to this man, he is actually leading you astray. I will pray for you. Do not go to prayer only when you want something, pray everyday. And pray for others.

He is the only one who bought us with great cost. He died, shed his blood and rose up. His mother, though respected is still an imperfect human. Jesus was the only one who was perfect. Casting out demons should not be the main stay of deliverance but equipping the saints with knowledge and power to process their individual deliverance. In that way you're truly ministering to that individual

I think another mistake is that we believe it's a once of thing. I've heard of people with years of spiritual abuse taking them 10 months - 3 years for complete deliverance. It's a process. Like Vlad said follow up is important.

Thank you for speaking to areas concerning deliverance "that never bore witness in my heart". I'm not negating that there are amazing deliverance ministers, but I also know Jesus did not expect those He sent out to have to go to a school, buy particular books and videos to do an effective job of casting out demons. I'm not saying those exorcist people aren't effective, I've learned a lot from some. However, I've probably learned more from the Holy Spirit and thru trial and error...AND the Lord is faithful to teach us if we want to learn and have ears to hear what His Spirit is saying. He gave sent us His Spirit to lead us into all truth. Thank you again!

Powerful insights of the deliverance ministry. Jesus, in the mode of a son of man, always waited through the Spirit, and constantly said that the words that He spoke and the works He performed were those of the Father through the Spirit, and were not those of His own. While with us as a son of man, according to Philippians chapter 2, He set aside the independent use of an attribute He possessed as the Son of God, and as a servant, in the mode as a son of man, a vessel of the Father, it was the Father who did the work. We as sons of men, should heed this warning, and what is done is through us as a vessel only, Christ IN US, doing the speaking and doing, it is not us. All power was given to the Son of Man Jesus. It is through this NAME JESUS and what it represented, that demons must obey. They saw this in Paul, and not in those Jewish exorcist.

Love it! I am so thankful for this teaching. The Lord used me for the first time in deliverance for my best friend last month. We just prayed in tongues together and she manifested, so I just was there for her, I loved on her, I spoke in tongues and commanded the demons to go and she got delivered. This video was excellent. What i hated seeing was people left writhing on the floor because the deliverance minister wanted to make the demons suffer. I wound be mortified if someone did thst to me!!

My friend got whiplash 2 times from. A church pastor. He would put his hand on the head and push head back very fast and it's painful. So wrong. So that church closed down within the year.
