+ Evan Carmichael Thanks for great videos! I have been fighting depressions and anxiety for most of my life and these videos can really help me, and I avoid taking Xanax. Im at least aware of one positive outcome due to my problems? Im not at all interested in having a successful career in anything or making money. Im happy to have a roof over my head, a couple of meals each day, a computer and my guitar.

I love Eckart Tolle, his books and teachings were the catapult to my changes within the last 14 years. Every question, I did not know I had was answered in his 2 books. I began waking up after reading his books and without trying, got in touch physic abilities I had no idea was there. There was no confusion in reading his books, I felt like the book was meant for me now in this lifetime. I realized and knew exactly what he was sharing...It made so much sense to me and it helped me become AWARE of my thoughts, my actions and behaviors more. Once I became aware, then and only then was I able to make changes. All of my suffering is in between my ears. I see that today. What story or intrepretation am I listening or believing today? No one is doing anything to me at all. I have a choice to either react or simply accept, or move away from any relationship. Thank you!!

You are one of millions, billions of people on this planet, who have those same thought patterns “there must be something wrong with me...it’s part of the collective human ego”. Only ten minuets ago, and I really meant it to myself! I said the very same thing! Astonishing! I also wanted to say “Thankyou” to the man who’s channel this is, because this morning I was very nervous about doing my job today after being away for 10 due to a foot operation. I really NEEDED to hear this today, am & pm! And it was great it was there. Thanks to trying to be in the present. Isn’t it strange when you think about parents and their kids? Grandparents always say about everyone’s children that “you must try to live for the moment, because children grow-up so fast!” Thank God, and I actually mean “consciousness” that I tried my hardest to listen to their advice. Xxxxx

Man so much going on in this video to take in. Love it and need to revisit it. I read Tolle's book A New Earth a few years back. It changed my life in an instant. When I read and finally discovered that "you are not your thoughts" I was blown away. I exhaled a deep sigh of relief. I had no awareness prior to that moment. I was so lost in my head prior to that book. I'm by no means some Zen Buddha master now, but I've been on a different path since.

Hey these side graphics are kind of taking away from the focus. I like the old method better as the facts dont distract from the talking points and the countdown gets my focus over the video. Great stuff. You can actually feel the texture & weight of inanimate objects without touching them. You can feel the roughened wood, or the hard plastic. You can "feel into" inanimate objects or plants or animals. The utter lightness & fragility of a leaf. The rotund, solid little body of that pidgeon on the footpath before you. Its an exercise in sharpening your perception, your perceptual awareness.With practice this exercises your ability to feel people - to be more sensitive to where others are at in any given moment.

Tolle is an incredible man! If you haven't yet, read his book "A New Earth". It is almost freaky how introspective and relatable this man is. Also, I liked the old method of the side text better. Just outlining the basic idea in a couple words was way less distracting to me than the current method. Amazing content though. I love this channel.

I love this video, though I just have to say it's funny to have the count down to the next rule in the margin- it provokes the viewer (or me at least) to pay less attention to what he's saying and focus more on the anticipation of the next rule. It's a presence test.

Hmm - the entire focus of Eckhart's teaching is 'be here now' but the side bar is simultaneously saying "look at this! - look what's coming up next!" - there's even a second by second countdown! - it embodies the very antithesis of his message. I find it both jarring and completely unneccessary.

He fills the gap of the ignorant who have no enlightenment whatsoever...his accent and large vocabulary catches the ears of the uninformed..he speaks total nonsense..and you all know it...you just don't have another source to go to.....
