And if you really want to seal the deal of them never contacting you, add up all the expenses like food , hotel etc. and maybe even your time, that you spent while being with them and ask for them to pay you half of that back to you. They will disappear faster than if they were sucked into a super vacuum.

Many guys don't realize that these women can make tons more than even you are making by constantly switching the men instead of just sticking to you alone. If you pay her 3,000 baht...and she does it 3 times a day, its enough to pay even for your own monthly expenses. The majority of the guys are too POOR (99%) to play this game but they want to feel rich and superior over these women and so they dabble in this silly game. Well, wake the hell up please. Unless you are able to throw away USD300 or more per day/ USD9,000 per month, stop living your delusions. They'll just hang onto you until someone better comes along or they get the chance to 'do more business' if they are one of the more greedy ones.

If you pay for anything that's on you. I spent time with near hundred women in Thailand and didn't pay one penny. I was spending time with what you would say are "high-class" females. Most of them had thousands of followers on IG, money in their pocket, look extremely good and took care of themselves. Even when I spent time on the bar streets I never had to pay. Learn to just be a decent good looking human that is interesting and it goes a long way.

@@knowledge4741good for you that you never pay for female company. I dare say you have above average looks (a 'Chad'), have youth on your side and maybe you are financially well off. Your advice will mean nothing to guys with average to below average looks, middle to older age and with a low income. When I was in my early 30's, coming to South East Asia, I had dates with girls too and not pay. Now in my 50's that dynamic has definitely changed.

The secret is to only do ST, never LT. In the years I have been coming here I ignored my own advice only once. There was tears when I left, she bought me a leaving gift which I definately didnt expect. We kept in touch via Line for 3 months, then she out of the blue asked me to buy her a new iphone. I said no and never heard from her again. Two months later I found out through the grapevine that she had actually gotten married just over a week after I had left, a week after the tears, gift and professing her undying love for me lol. ST only guys, ST only, best way to protect yourself.

What I do not understand is how many rich men in the West allow themselves to be talked by a woman into marrying them, often much younger than them, without a prenup. Even if the woman is not planning on leaving you when you start the relationship, it is highly likely that at some point down the road she gets smitten by a fellow closer to her own age, and she starts thinking about leaving you for him, or making life very difficult for you just so you can leave her

What you said could not have been expressed better. However this problem will never end as we are always looking for love and as they say “ Heart has reasons than reason knows not”. That primal need for love is based on the primal and unconditional love that our mother gave us. Rightly or wrongly adult love is always conditional but deep in our souls we still long for someone to love us just because we are who we are. There girls are good is selling that illusion and we are ready to buy so that is why this type of business will never end and not just in Thailand. Peace

I met families who lived with 5000 Baht per month and didn't consider themself poor and a bargirs can make 5000 in just one evening... They are actually not bad, they just think like: Oh farang rich, farang has so much money he does not even think about it. So why not take advantage of it. They don't see anything evil in doing so...

Would you buy a car or house in your home country and put it only under your girlfriend's name (who is or is not a bar girl)??? Here's your Thailand survival mini-guide: 1) Forget bar girls, focus on well-educated girls only 2) whatever big you buy, use a lawyer and put it also or only under your name (You can put a car under your name and build a house under your name, the land? Make a lifetime usufruct and loan agreement + MOU + Last Wills and Testaments in case SHE dies before you Or live by just renting if you are afraid to invest in Thailand. But don't get crazy here in Thailand although all are “so cheap”.

Not to be too critical of guys that have been scammed by Thai women. They are very good at what they do, i have seen street wise guys that were scammed. Before i came to Thailand i did not understand of how guys could give and quickly marry Thai women, then when i arrived and spent a couple of weeks in Thailand i could easily understand why.

I got that crap last time. The girl I was with for a few days too long spoke very little English and certainly couldn't write it. Strange then that a couple of weeks after I got home to Blighty a well crafted email purportedly from her arrived saying her friend had gone back home to her village and she desperately needed money for rent or would become homeless. Not a very well thought out scam.

Dan. You have to be street wise when you travel Abroad, that means anywhere in the world. I've been all over south east Asia and never had any problems. How i look at life is, when you get involved with a woman, you have to look after them up to a certain limit. Women are the same all over the world. I mean this with all due respect to Thai women but should we westerners stop dating them altogether? This is a serious question that we should ask ourselves. I am a totally noob when it comes to Thailand and Thai women. I have only visited once for 2 weeks. I had an amazing time for my 2 weeks. I did partake in the sweet nectar but when I left, I destroyed my Thai sim card and deleted Line so I cut off all contact with my vacation "friends". I plan on moving to Thailand permanently in Sep 2024 but maybe I will choose to go to another Southeast Asia country that doesn''t have so many freakin horror stories....
