I have felt lonely and I haven't been in a happy place in a very long time, I am doing my best to keep moving forward for it can not be like this forever! Interesting that even though I now know this, it has been so long that at times I do not even try. To do that we should accept and acknowledge what that Man has done for us. That man lived peacefully and healed people both great and small. if I may....I think you're looking at the loss, when you should be looking at the gain....some people live a whole life without knowing what real love is, and you had it. Change is always happening, some are little, others are big. But we have to everyday rebuild our lives to honor our values and our memories. There is beauty all around, sometimes its hard to see. I am in the same position as you Barbara. I too met my husband when I was 19 and he was 24. I too am in the second year of life without him after 48 years of marriage, and share your pain. Nunca dejes de esforzarte y notarás mejoría ,tbm tengo dos hernias de disco se me queda la.pierna dormida etc etc, cuando caigo , me tiro de 2 a 3 meses en cama y luego 2 meses recuperándome haciendo los ejercicios etc etc y luego hasta que venga de nuevo, pero hay que luchar por mucho dolor que tengamos, animo❤

I lived in Thailand for ten years and I came to enjoy the spirituality of the place and the people. I befriended monks and learned to pray with them. They taught me how to meditate. I so enjoyed the prevailing peacefulness and much slower, less stressful pace of life compared to the U.S.!? I was happy and content there and wished to never leave. But I developed leukemia and the health insurance I had only 😊

I really miss Thailand and now am exploring other countries that have national health insurance plans that cover expats who are legal residents … looking into Italy and France … just can’t readjust to ‘life in America.’ I seek something deeper, more at peace.

Energy Energy Energy kicked in my body, was feeling exhausted with overthinking in my head. Did a 10 hour shift came back home all tired and doubted feeling exhausted and stressed my entire body cold and numb just becoming sadder and depressed. Randomly came across this when searching for healing music. The first 2 minutes wasn’t feeling anything much but then ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨✨✨✨my calmness started to over power my body and felt so relaxed, as I was getting more and more relaxed and comfortable with my self. I Could just suddenly feel this energy in me out of no where it kept getting bigger and bigger till I could finally get a hold of myself and feel so much better and switched back to my actual self. Guys we live everyday trying to get our stuff together and be better. It’s all part of the process don’t give up keep going till we succeed. This song is seriously everything what it says it is ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Much love 🙏

En mivida sienpre abia reinado la calma abeses tormentas abeses tempestades pero yo siempre estaba asalvo por que todavia el ser divino lo quiso asta que un dia la oscuridad se poso en frente de mi ogar y la maldad y la envidia destruyeron mi hogar yeno de luz y colores pele e una dura batalla sufri mucho perdi mi hogar y hoy estoy endia logre reaser mi vida poco apoco con otro ser que al igual que llo tanbien vivio una dura batalla pero todavia nose como encontrar lapaz en mi interior ,
