Baros Maldives Resort is located in a turquoise lagoon on a small island near Male. Guests are offered accommodation in secluded villas under the shade of palm trees by the beach with snow-white sand or in villas above the water with a private veranda for sunbathing. Many elegant palm-roofed villas, built of sandstone and wood, have their own mini-pool. Some villas have a spa bath.
The detached villas are equipped with an espresso machine, a minibar, wine, an iPod docking station and a flat-screen TV. Other facilities at the resort include a spa, an infinity pool next to the ocean and a lounge with a library. Free Wi-Fi is available in the villas. Yoga and water sports are also available.
Seafood dishes and Asian delicacies are served in 3 fine restaurants. On request, guests can enjoy a private dinner in the villa, on the secluded sandy beach or on the veranda above the lagoon.
