Bunny was def available in the 2023 beta. "Nobody really played bunny" yes, i did.

How I'm playing Bunny: Thrill Bomb sucks. Speed of Light is the ONLY ability that uses mana. Lightning Emission is the fun skill. Maximum Power is ok, good for bursting down a big, hefty target. ALWAYS BE MOVING! Moving generates Electricity which is your primary resource, Mana is a secondary resource used for Speed of Light. I use Speed of Light to generate a lot of Electricity quickly, it is also used to make Lightning Emission pulse faster. Run around, stay close so the Lightning Emission pulse hits, double jump around to activate your passive which deals damage on mobs you land near. I'm building for Skill Power, Range, Duration and/or Cooldown to have permanent uptime on Lightning Emission. The rest of the mods are survivability mods. I currently don't have permanent uptime, but that's the goal (for me). Building for mana isn't bad, but it's not great. It'll let you Speed of Light longer. I might try building for Skill Cost reduction, but my current setup doesn't have the room. Only level 21 and MR 5. My Reactor prioritizes Electric and Singular. All skills are Electric (duh) and speed of Light and Lightning Emission are Singular. If this was helpful, great. If it was pretty duh, sorry. I figured folks who clicked this video either had no clue or wondered how other people were playing Bunny.

Thanks, I appreciate this. I'm one of those people who has been playing Bunny wrong, and mostly I've been ignoring her abilities and just shooting stuff.

Even though her gameplay loop is actually quite simple it still took me a good 15 levels to get Bunny properly dialed in. But when that happens she's a lot of fun. I spend a lot of time rezzing other Bunnies and I think its because they're just not moving enough or using their guns far more than her powers when she's really very powers focused. She does well with some extended HP and shielding mods too, that really helps. Oh, and handguns and SMGs synergize well too, along with the Thunder Cage.

Speed of light replaces walking with a sprint, then adds a faster sprint. That’s what it’s description means

I serendipitously discovered that when Bunny is in an onslaught, clustered attack the "thrill bomb' can be used to get out of it, otherwise it's meh.

I’m not certain of how it works but there’s a double jump mechanic with Bunny as well. I think you can do some free damage while you’re running around near enemies by double jumping. This send out a little damage wave zapping nearby enemies that does not slow down your power accumulation. Double jumping before doing damage may also increase your damage output. Not certain but it’s this or something very like this. Play around with Bunny’s double jump anyway, there’s definitely damage to be had there.

I’m Confused when using bunny’s speed of light and trying to build up electricity. When I use speed of light a blue bar fills up but the the second blue bar decreases, which blue bar is electric and which blue bar is MP because I can’t tell them apart. Edit: it explains in the video but in the video example the MP was running out and I’m finding it hard myself to manage MP so I can’t use my abilities! How do you regain MP faster??

Personally i think bunny needs a rework. Shes a speedster but they want you to stay up in an enemies face. So alot of the time you just pop her 2 and 3 and youre running in circles, hopping in circles or grappling around enemies, which is kind of a silly game loop for her. Shes really crafted as a hit and run type chracter, get in and get out, which means she should have good upclose burst damage, and then something else to help her charge and do some mid to long range stuff when shes charging outside of being in the frey. But if they always want you to be in enemies faces and not dancing around enemies in circles, her abilities need to be altered.

I do feel she could do with a few changes to maker her abilities flow better considering she is supposed to be all about constant momentum

Okay, so I should build up electricity, then use the C power to run fast, and hit the V power around enemies.. I wasnt sure what the skill loop was, but it seems like that's it.. I'll have to try this.. Thanks man!!

It's good to compare Bunny to an electrical turbine in real life. If she's not moving her power is almost zero. when she starts moving her power goes up. the faster she's moving the more powerful she gets and the stronger her attacks will be. she's a high energy character and needs to be used as a high energy character. she does fantastic when there's large groups enemies, especially in open areas where you can loop and run around them. it gets a bit difficult in tighter areas or if she gets stuck in a group of enemies, but hopefuly you can use Lightning Emission or Thrill Bomb to make some room for you to escape. She can't move around as quickly in tight spaces and I find I get snagged on a lot of objects. But staying calm and stay moving is the biggest thing. Also big tip: Pistols and SMGs are your friend with Bunny. especially the full auto pistols.

Better double jump near enemies with V activated - that way you're harder to hit and do bonus dmg (landing from double jump). About Bunny's style of gameplay - it's powerful but for me is sometimes annoying that I must constantly move. I prefer Ajax more at the moment ;)

@Simonb1471 You should try rolling while running, when "charging up", and at some point you'll "rocket into hyperspeed mode". You didn't reach that speed at all yourself, in this video.

Dosnt seem much in the way to use it cus going in with randoms the enemies are dead in seconds before you get chance to do that fancy stuff 😂

She's so hard cuz she dies like very fast does her build have any deff or hp to make her live longer

Yeah but it's important to max upgrade duration/cooldown mods as soon as possible for this build to have 100% discharge upkeep

I appreciate the explanation of this mechanic. I was wondering what I was doing wrong as I expected something in her loop. My advice is maybe not say people are doing her "wrong". Folks can play as they want but it's safe to say optimally or as intended - just suggestion to not alienate your potential audience. First time here and I will throw a sub for the great info though,

I hate that play style of bunny, my friend does the exact same thing. Just runs away from the enemy to get mp until he can do her pulse. I don’t mind running, but run, stop shoot. Run stop shoot. Limiting her to only her run and pulse is irking… There’s so much lost damage doing it your way.

What about bunny 4th skill?

Funny I see a bunch of KZfaqrs talking about the right way to bunny and yet I haven’t seen a single one use a range mod lol maybe they haven’t found it yet but that’s the first mod I maxed out. Her starting radius is pretty terrible especially for the big boss fights, with higher range you can actually get more use and not have to be right at the bosses feet all the time. She’s also best with a smg or pistol since she can still move fairly fast and her 3 will proc more often

Not a fan of her playstyle at all! I feel too many people are blinded by the ass, but when they actually play her they realize how awful she is and quit. Personally, for me, running in circles and never shooting my guns is not what I look for in a looter SHOOTER. I like having abilities that supplement my build, not completely take it over and remove guns from the equation. Guess to each their own but I hated being forced to use her to complete her quests. Every second I played her I couldn't wait to return to my main.

It's horrible on PlayStation. Ps5 version keeps on crashing and PS4 version is a slight show.....2 frames per seconde or so. Played some, but it's absurdly boring...to me...

Four weeks. Thats how long this game will be alive. Its worse than Anthem.

You can use bunny in a lomg range engagement. I main SMG and scout rifle with bunny. The trick is, docnot stop moving 😂 when shit hit the fan L1🔼 L1⏹️
