Slippery off ball for my 6’8” let’s me cut quicker and not get bumped on lobs and such. I run it for the animations. Just like limitless takeoff. It enhances the stuff u can do

If you have extra badge points, It's usually better to spread the points out amongst the badges that will unlock the most animations. That'll give you the most diverse moveset.

I found corner specialist useful with catch and shoot and deadeye. I’m a stretch 5 build, helps a lot. Comeback is underrated to

Badge's works differently depending da build an attributes u can tell what u do the most by looking at your core progress don't have to be using da badge but u will still get progress but can't core unless u use it .2k23 really making it where u have to build your my player da way u want him to play knowing wat badges u want n all

I have slippery of ball fully leveled up. It makes such a huge difference in many ways. If you combined it with space creator it's wonderful. It helps you with getting dunks not just 3s. So it's a multipurpose badge. They could have put this bage in finishing section rather as a shooting badge and it would work the same. As well it improves your blocks succes. Try it on. Then for a few games see how much easier getting in the lane dunking is, how easier blocking is, and how open and easy to make 3s are. Then watch it pop up constantly. Now I do use a 7"1 with a speed of 72. 82 driving dunk. 98 close shot, 73 driving layup, 76 standing dunk since I'm 7"1. 80 on post control. 73 mid. 87 three point. 62 free throw. 75 pass. 40 ball handle 40 speed wit ball. 83 interior. 67 perimeter. 30 steal. 28 offensive rebound. 63 Def rebound. 72 speed. 57 accelerate. 76 strength. 64 vertical. 85 stamina. Comes out as a 2 way inside scorer. Fantastic build blocks and buckets all day long. So much easier to get blocks then steals for turned overs. Let me know what badges I use. Hit me up

Space creator works when u go from covered to open/fairly open and it def works well with agent 3/deadeye/green machine/ limitless/ volume shooter/amped

As for your comment about slippery off ball I have been using this one single bronze badge on every single build I ever made specially on a big man that doesn't shoot. Now you're asking yourself why it's easy it helps you cut through traffic exactly what the badge does so what I have noticed regardless if you're shooting playing defense or just moving around you see and feel a very big difference when you're even using a slow big man moving around roaming the paint As for a guard it definitely works just keep it on bronze no higher no point on wasting badge points and very good for slashers aswell 👏 👌 noti gang gang

Amped is the most important shooting badge. That's why so many people are struggling shooting. The stamina making people shot inconsistent. I put it on gold and HOF and it's the most noticable badge in the game

Most ppl don’t use there brains so I made and play shot at point 6’1 99 3 but what folk don’t understand when u have hof first step when your that small it’s more of the herky jerky style of ball more low to the ground with gravity I modeled after steph pass the ball to start the possession redirect hit a three or if the double comes easy go to the goal another thing is if your steal is atleast 76 you can swat at the ball it’s all about spacing u should never just shoot off the dribble if your heavily defended 88 speed 88 acceleration fundamental layup u can get that thing over anybody it’s all about knowing your tendencies but I’ll leave you guys with a secret to the pudding u make your guy 6’1 right but never make him with a three point shot lower than the shot limits and certain shooting forms u wanna exceed those limits I did that before on a few builds it’s ok but it ain’t worthed like that the game has changed like right now I have trae young base steph shot dame upper motion but the biggest thing of all he has to b and shooting guard like steph

I watched a 2k tutes video recently, he showed that when you are pff ball trying to get open that Slippery off ball makes it more likely that your defender will be stunned/wont react as quickly to you making space from them.

Good thing I have gold catch and shoot as my core badge and it helps out a lot.

Slippery off ball only works when the person guarding you is putting hands on you and it gives them a animation to slip off or to get off off ball screen . It’s not really beneficial but maybe to some it could be . Great video my guy .

Amped works just fine. 95% off post hop shots. It pops up. Aaand if you catch and shoot off running around to get open. It works.

Only thing about both catch n shoot and green machine, they take forever to core. Last season i shot just below 65% and I’m shooting 75% this season so far. I’ve have yet to core either of them on gold on my stretch and it’s so frustrating bc i literally use both of them in every shooting situation. This is my only build btw too

Do the badge tiers differ by some criteria? My list is sorted very differently than yours. For shooting, I have Amped as Tier 1 and Corner Specialist in Tier 2. In Finishing, I have Pro Touch as Tier 1.

amped only work if your under 50% stamina

I get guard up to pop up alot when shooting stepback jumpers . idk how much it helps but i see it pop up all the time. I only have it on one badge loadout (for mycareer) and dont use it in the park or other spots. Solid video though, lots of good information here. Green machine and volume shooter are lit this year
