I think my worst repetitive problem is anger. I need to stop this. Maybe one day. Thanks Mr Petersen for helping question myself on this stupid thing that i do over and over again.

I've found that usually when someone is doing something or a situation is making me upset, I have to stop and search myself to see if I've done similar things in the past or if I'm just perceiving the situation in a stressful manner and usually that's the case. Children are often a very good mirror. Even if you haven't found an example of you doing the same, looking at it as, well I'm grateful I'm not as pathological and grateful for this opportunity to behave in a way that can make things better rather that worse.

I suggest that if we would admit that "all" of us have it in us to "be" angry bullies and tyrants ... we would not be "quite" so eager to foist our anger and bullying tactics off on each other. The people that go on shooting sprees in schools and shopping malls and churches and mosques and synagogues, allowed their anger to control them. And because they could not and would not admit that they were part of the problems, they might spend the rest of their lives incarcerated, or maybe even be put to death. If I am willing to admit being part of the problems, rather than thinking that I am outside the problems … the anger I was tempted to feel dissipates and allows me the mental space I need to in turn consider that there is always more to the story than my self-centered tunnel vision is “wanting” to comprehend. Raymond W. Novaco coined the phrase Anger Management. "We all experience anger; anger only becomes a serious concern when an individual is angry too frequently, too intensely, and for too long." ~ Raymond W. Novaco, 1984

❤ I truly feel your frustration... I feel the same way about witnessing a certain human being,, who by all outer appearances,, has it all together,, and even moreso than compared to the average human being... And when I dare to think or say how extraordinaire this person could be the best 'gift' that Canada has ever recieved, in light of 'political sovereignty' and 'leadership' of a falling country... I can only look on with a sense of 'stupidity',,, as I settle for a simple appeasement of wasting time with more 'lip' service on a KZfaq video,, whereas one could be making a 'real' difference for Canada,, and maybe the world as a whole,,, 10-4?...

@@anchorfastanchor9192 Had Jesus existed ... he would have stayed faithful to his Jewish heritage, where he was said to have been born PERFECT. He would not have preached a Catholic or Protestant doctrine of any sort. That is just common sense. A pope would not preach Judaism ... nor would he preach Protestantism. And a Jewish Rabbi would not preach any doctrine BUT Judaism. All religion is fraudulent information.

@@junevandermark952 truth be told,, you are only 'one' of many examples of why the satan continues to 'distort' the reality and Existence of God the Almighty Creator of the heavens and the earth, and in whom Truth has been given to us 'all' through Jesus Christ our 'True' Lord and 'Savior'... @@anchorfastanchor9192 I realize that you are determined to believe that a devil and evil are in me ... and a HOLY GOD is in you ... but here is something on which you might want to ponder. Within theology ... if Lucifer sinned against the god while in heaven ... before Lucifer was booted down to hell by the god ... are you really sure that you WANT to go to heaven. After all ... if you think sinful thoughts about sex, or about a Dairy-Queen Sunday ... or of any pleasures you had while on earth ... that you might miss ... the judge-mental god might boot you down to hell to spend eternity WITH Lucifer. I can't think of anything more boring than to have be in this so-called heaven ... and HAVE to do nothing but worship a god that I didn't think deserved worship while I was still on earth. The stories pertaining to all religion ... are not worthy of faith ... as they are plain stupid.
