Its a Russian cultural thing. NEVER admit wrongdoing, NEVER admit fault, ALWAYS accuse those trying to hold you accountable of corruption and profiting. Its a reflex, they don't even realise they're doing it most of the time. I have family from Russia that say after a couple years in Canada they don't feel safe ever returning to Russia, they say hi to people on the street now, in Moscow that could get someone beaten or worse!

@@JohnDoe-bd5sz well, I know some women who are unlike that, including in my family. I, also, know guys who cannot calm down when irritated. They get right up to your face like that one in the video. Or, there are others who want to get physical. Then there are those who can't handle daily life and rely on booze and drugs. So, excuse me if I find your comment offensive. Your comment insinuates that it is a female trait. Women are more open with the same emotions which men possess, too, but some men are more destructive or hold it in until they blow. Note that I said some men, not just men in general. I take offense to your comment because I am raising a level-headed, reasonable, and intelligent daughter. I will never cheapen her gender with such remarks.

@@gabrielmajin5265 They were assaulted by plain clothes police who did not like the stickers on their illegally parked vehicles. Defending yourself from an attack by a high ranking political, military, or police person is a crime in Russia. The accused have no right to a quick trial. So when someone pisses them off, without actually breaking a law, they let them sit in prison for years, without trial or conviction. Then a judge will set them free... after serving as much time in prison as the offended cop wanted. Next time you hear someone complain about American cops, consider this.

While that is true, as long as they dont it's not okay for these people to just make their own rules and park there. I could point to more than a few stretches of road where the speed limit makes no sense, but that does not give me the right to drive faster. If i want to do that i will have to contact the people responsible for setting the speed limit, convince them, they should raise the speed limit and wait until new signs with the new speed limit has been put up.

In Russia they make sidewalks so huge because they are also used by emergency vehicles. Unfortunately many russian drivers don't give a damn about pedestrian safety. They know the police will do nothing about it so they keep breaking the law

stopcam is getting annoying. clearly to most people it is not really clear that they cannot go that way. PLease go to places where it is obvious the violators are assholes in the first place. This is beginning to look like harassing because you cannot find a better spot.
