I have a very similar glass curio cabinet. If yours still has the plastic shelf supports, I would strongly recommend you change them out for metal ones as soon as you can. Some of mine snapped one day for absolutely no reason when no-one was even near it. Suddenly the top shelf fell & as it dropped, the supports holding the next shelf down also snapped & I had 3 shelves pancaked together. A lot of my antique treasures were broken. It was a very sad day.

POOL NOODLES :) protect the handles as well as teapot spouts. I cut the (dollar store) pool noodle down the middle and it makes a wonderful cage for glass items, "baskets" and teapots :) Have a wonderful week everyone!!

The mirror is beautiful. I would just take a toothpick and fix the bird and touch up paint. To bad I’m not real close to you, I would fix it for you. Maybe when this heat wave is over I’ll drive over to the mall you used to be in and meet up. I’d fix it and meet you again to give it back. 😊

Good finds!! How do you ship overseas? I need to send about 2 lbs or less and around the size of a medium USPS BOX. If I’d shipped UPS was gonna be over $350.00. These are 2 toys, $20.00 each for our 2 year old granddaughter! I refused!! Just her birthday card ($.98 @ Walmart) was over $150.00! Again, NOPE!! Thanks so much!!

Can you order off of Amazon & have them deliver it? I know that limits your gift options, but I have Amazon deliver “surprises” to my grandchildren in San Diego all of the time (I am also in the states though, so I don’t know anything about international shipping). Just a thought😊
