Recently, I'm fascinated by baskets which are not only celebrated by their practical values in storage, furnishing and garments, they are also regarded as an art form with aesthetic qualities. The gathering of raw material from the nature, the skilful processing techniques, all stand for the wisdom of diligence of the weavers, connecting us to the land on which we are raised in.
