Ever since they stopped making Round Two KZfaq videos, created by Graham, that's when their hyped died down bad. Those full 90 -120 minute videos kept people up to date with them and their products and ever since that stopped, the store definitely suffered.

They also didn’t adapt to the times All the new supreme not cutting anymore when stuff sits. They wasn’t carry any other brands outside of the same shit they were selling 4 years ago. I mean look at complex con people don’t even dress as the once before.
