Brands that are surviving, like Adidas and Nike, have stores tied into Amazon’s and EBay platforms. It’s a good way for them to stay in the black, because most people are not going to shop individual online stores when you can go to a single platform and checkout one cart with various brands.

Never heard of Soft Surroundings, Outside Voices, Sam Ash Music until this year honestly and your video summoned up the other ones, and the Body Shop sounds familiar I just unsure if it is the store I’m thinking of that used to be at Arbor Place at one point, and Rue 21 is not shocking it’s basically like Old Navy stuck in a Forever 21 and Hollister like atmosphere nothing to write home about anymore, Dollar Tree wow if it wasn’t for the seasonal items, they honestly have no purpose anymore especially when Dollar General, Popshelf, and Five Below basically sell the same thing but cheaper, and 99 Cent Stores heard of but never been to one, same issue as Dollar Tree from what I have seen, other than a concept nobody goes to in general! 🤔

I'm surprised and not surprised about Express. Their clothing has gotten worse and worse over the last few years, yet I've always seen them with a sizeable crowd in the store.

I live near a small town which has one of the Dollar Tree / Family Dollar stores, and I am not a fan of it. This store's prices are double what a typical Dollar Tree store offers, so for me and a lot of people in my area it makes sense to drive 20 miles to the nearest Dollar Tree. In my opinion the reason why these Dollar Tree / Family Dollar stores are failing is due to their pricing structure, which comes off like price gouging due to it usually being one of the only retailers in a small town.
