Really appreciate the way you talk about personal things in public forums Brian. We need more incredibly strong people, showing that the ability to talk about /express emotion is a strength as well. Everyone has their demons, it's how we interact with and manage them that defines who we are. Keep up the amazing work, and keep on encouraging everyone to be nice to each other and do something great!

It's a really cool feeling to watch someone you spend so much time watching, and learning from, go out and live their dreams. The thanks goes to you sir! You are what the people want and need. Your efforts led to this. And the quality of your content keeps them coming back. What you're getting, is what you've earned. I personally have put so much more weight up than I ever would have on my own. And that's thanks to you

Around 4:30 in.. You ARE that good at what you do because you are genuine and are aren't giving anyone any BS. You're a good coach because you know your limits of what you know. You said in videos before that you wouldn't give advice on certain lifts because you dont know much about them.. Fortunately we figured it out, but when you thought the way I wanted to train didnt align with your methods you straight offered me a refund. Your motivations are different from most people in this industry and that's what people are recognizing. Much respect and keep at it. It's a lot of work making all these videos and putting yourself out there and I owe a lot of my success to your channel! I dont know your personally, but I think you definitely come through your content as yourself. Across all your collaborations you're consistent in what you preach.

Really useful and powerful podcast. I like Dave’s approach to the talks. You have a lot of extra knowledge hiding under that hat that needs to be shared and I think that came out. Good luck with your court case, sounds like it would help your gym family if you get the result you want.

I'm not one to have the attention span to listen to a 3-plus hour podcast (like you, brain always working on any number of things at one time) but you and Dave had my attention the whole time. Lots of little gems in there. Anyone who is checking out the comments and hasn't listened to that Table Talk, even if you do it in pieces, do it. Hard work pays off with great opportunities like this, man. Well deserved.

Brian, the way you describe your opportunities - a lot of us watching you feel the same way. I was at The Lion's Den a few weekends ago for a clinic with Joe Szatmary and Alan Thrall. The whole time thinking of how many times I have seen their gyms in videos, how many times I have seen them speak to the camera. Being there, in that environment, having them speak directly to me - that was pretty damn cool. A role model is still a role model, no matter how celebrity famous or internet famous or unknown or undeserving they may feel that they may are. Meeting someone that has given guidance and helped you on your journey is powerful moment. That is the same way I will feel when I get the opportunity to drop in and be a fly on the wall at NeverSate.

Love seeing your vids man. I've learned so much from watching. I lift some but not as intense as you but would like to make it more of a priority. Hard to make time. Wife kids and farm takes a lot. Like to visit your gym sometime. Keep up the good work you're an inspiration to so many people.

The scariest parts of Dave squatting is the hype up, the set up, and the aftermath. No matter how bad he shakes taking the bar out of the rack, the lift is always the part that looks the easiest lol. Hope you make it back again soon!

If people like that see the value in you to put you on like that, you DO deserve it, even if you don't feel it - that's imposter syndrome & it's totally okay. Yes there are a LOT of other people who deserve it as well but you just happened to have had a series of circumstances that culminated in making it happen. Ride it. It doesn't take away from others who want & deserve it. There's room for all of us!

So there is something called the Imposter Syndrome where people at the top of their field have a feeling that they haven't earned it or don't belong there. You're clearly way up there Brian so maybe look into that. Saw an article about it in the Harvard Business Review that had a pretty good description of it.
