Such a good and important conversation to have. So many years of my life early in my faith just trying to ignore the evil that exists…love being a part of a church who is willing to talk about these topics!!

Not joking, it would be great if you guys could bucket what is and is not “approved” and/or how you guys think about or suggest navigating the most popular spiritual practices we encounter. For example: Yoga, sound baths, reiki, tarot cards, astrology, meditation, crystals, chakra healing, energy healing, numerology, aura reading, mediumship, spirit guides, psychedelics, non psychedelics but therapies like MDMA or Ketamine, law of attraction, manifestation, herbalism, quantum healing, tai chi, qigong, breathwork. Being prescriptive would be super helpful. Thank you!
