In 2015, Fatima was diagnosed with endometriosis. A prescription for contraceptive medication, and surgery to remove ovarian cysts seemed to be her only options. After finding a gynecologist willing to work with Fatima's desire to heal herself, Fatima practiced the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation every day for months. She is now free of pain and discomfort, and one of her ovarian cysts has disappeared.
Recorded at the Mallorca Advanced Week Long Retreat in April 2019

Just the kind of testimonial i needed to hear today. I've just had a similar diagnosis and advice on a possible radical course of action. I thanked the doctor. I took all my papers home. Kept quiet about this and didn’t tell my close circle. Refused to discuss it. And felt a very strong thought in me: IN MY BODY, THERE ARE NO USELESS ORGANS that i should remove. No organ deserves that kind of abuse and intervention. so great, but Dr Joe may be you can do an intensive online workshop based on healing with a group of 8 because not every one can afford gOing to your beautiful workshop on 6 days....For the moment I can not go to one of them but I can afford bying an online workshop. But I still doing meditations it is difficult but I keep on doing them.Thank you for changing my life my way of thinking and doing

I love all of this and believe we can heal ourselves. I’ve done it with Graves Disease in my early 20s! But, as someone who had a hysterectomy after years of the worst pain ever from endometriosis, it’s not fair to say we created the disease. 😢

Yo tampoco le conté a mi familia de la enfermedad que tengo. No quiero que lo sepan por el efecto NOCEBO. Es algo que tengo que sanar por mi misma, conectando con mi yo futuro. But what if I did not create my disease which is endometriosis, all dr have told me I got it due to c section and that surgery caused it. So how can I use meditation to get my body get rid of the disease that it did not create in the first place? If it was a mistake, the human factor, or the bad luck that created it, how can I make it dissappear?

Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone.
