Kate has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (relapsing-remitting MS). She's tried special diets and neurological-reprogramming work with some success, but so far Dr Joe's work -- especially the walking meditation -- is helping to quickly relieve all of her symptoms.

Kate, thank you so much for doing this testimonial I was diagnosed in 1998 with symptoms of MS and thought it was some thing I would just live with until I discovered Dr. Cho and the possibility of a fabulous future. I have been doing meditations for the past year and sometimes get quite discouraged and when I do start listening to your testimonial inspires me and keeps me going. I would love to talk with somebody that has healed themselves from symptoms of MS and believe thatSometime soon people will be placed in my Circle. Thank you again

particles of our body can come to be in tune with the sun, space, moon, galaxies, flowers, rocks, river...coz our body became from the earth, our bodies grew from it but a human being has systems to ensure survival in dificult times which can trigger desease sometimes so we never get to run away from the Tiger chasing us...and the Tiger can be our bills, phones, people with needs, culture of many types and it can take some time for us to see what and how it happens when the body realizes that it is safe finally...well, in those moments there is this light that takes control as it controls the photons, atoms and even smaller parts of never ending parts sitting down is the hardest thing, for me when i started feeling better i started wanting so much stuff and things and places that it got me into crash and burn mode, i saw i can live different and i wanted all...but it is not about having photons, electrons, atoms stacked in the form of a car, house, boat, island...it is about the feeling we have that can be so strong that it literaly feels like you already have it and you say, ok, i got it, what i do now, how i feel now, who am i being, how this new truth can be inspiration long reply, i am learning so hard for last year and a half 24/7 and i still forget when i get into enviroment repeating old habbits..crazy how body can have mind on its own

Kate makes some great points about the diets, they’re a pain in the ass. I love Dr Joe’s work but I wish he offered weeklong retreats without obstacle courses, I’ve done them before and I don’t like them - I’d rather focus on the various meditations and lectures which are awesome awesome. Congrats Kate!!!

WOW ! Kate you really tell a beautiful story of how much you were "ALL IN" and "DID THE WORK" to get relieved of your MS Symptoms. YES !!! So many many people have commented on the power of the walking meditation and you are now one of those people. Thank you so so much for motivating the rest who have not yet attended an advanced workshop like you by taking the time to do this video testimonial :-) May the Divine Source always be with you in the future 💓

Does anyone know how I can contact Kate? I'd love to connect and compare notes. My body was diagnosed with MS in 2003 and I've done Dr Joe's work for 2+ years. Having her story in my tool case helps as I keep stories like her to inspire when I get discouraged. Thank you!

Hi Kate, I was diagnosed with MS over 17 years ago and for the last 3 years have been working hard with meditation, diet and other lifestyle changes to overcome it. I live in the UK and would really love to chat with you about your journey. Would you be happy to talk to me? Many thanks, Molly

I healed from Ms too just by meditating, live in the UK as well. Keep doing the work, meditating and trust. You break your beliefs, biases and that's how you get to the finish line. Its just, if your beliefs are old and heavy, they take time for you relaize that they even exist. If you do the work, you break them one by one. Keep going! It will happen for you too🙌 and don't measure your progress with others. Their beliefs and yours are not the same and so the time to break those patters differs. 🙌

@Melody Your story is so inspiring also! And it’s the most recent I have read. I have never done doctor dis best ass work, but do you have all inspired me to do so. Did you join a program? Where would you recommend I start? My body was diagnosed 14 years ago, and I’ve been dealing with sequels of a bad episode for years ago. It’s gotten worse, the mobility, and the East to walk, lack of balance, and I’ve been having a hard time for the last month. I needed to read this!! I would love to hear about the work that you have been doing please, thank you. Ana
