I LOVE this story! I shrunk a tumor on my pituitary gland thru meditation to the point my endocrinologist said medication was optional (whereas I was looking at surgery 6 months before). I named my pituitary gland Pitunia and just loved on her everyday and worked through childhood trauma related to the energy causing the tumor.

Beautiful. Loving the tumor and wanting it to leave is not a contradition. The tumor had a purpose and now it's work is done. So loving it and allowing, asking it to leave makes perfect sense. I also love the use of the melting snow to alchemize the tumor to something beneficial for her body. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you Liska, for sharing your story. Thank you for your genuine honesty about the phases of healing. I have also had dilemmas about "killing the xxxx"and loved how you decided upon a visual that felt right, and the chemo pills that felt right. This is an interesting testimony bc Liska did not go to a week long retreat. She did the walking meditation regularly and attended a livestream. She proved that healing can occur without going to a week-long seminar. Although, if one can afford to do so, I imagine that healing would occur just by being part of that wonderfully uplifting and inspiring energy created by the group

I love how intuitive Liska is, she really listens to her body and navigates through the entire ordeal by tuning into her intuition. The approach her and her oncologist have towards the cancer is very much similar to Dr. Joe's teaching too - by bringing the body to its homeostasis. This is definitely one of most beautifully inspirational story I have EVER heard! ❤🙏🌻🧘‍♀️

It is about changing or elevating emotions crucial to healing and each Dr, Joe's meditation explains this. This is what makes the difference between Dr. Joe's meditations and other meditations. The fact that one can heal without going to his retreat is connected with following the explanation of each meditation and doing the work of elevating emotion of love, compassion, care, Etc. Of course, the energy of love raise by more than a thousand people during his retreats will add a powerful healing force. You can't see me, but I am nodding all the time. Had the same experience about the stillness. I was walking down the road and kept asking myself why it was so silent around me. It took me quite a while to figure out that it had become quiet inside my head. The "chatter" as you said was gone. I could see the pavement and hear my footsteps. And that wasn't even a walking meditation, just a walk but I had been meditating for a while then. Even if it was just for that - it was worth it. I absolutely love her imagery. Her love is the sun and the tumor melts into water that is nourishing to her body. These testimonies are so wonderful. I met a woman on the street where I live who talked to me about her recovery form stroke. I was sure I had been placed there to share with her about Dr. Joe's work. Thank you so much. And: You GOT this! Trust in yourself and life - you are cherished and looked after. Sometimes it is hard, not beating ourselves or our body up, especially when the situation does seem to get worse. What helped me at this moment was the thought: "How about life KNOWS what it is doing. What if this, what seems now to be the "worst" is actually the way it should go so I can experience something I would never have dreamed of." This helped to distance myself from the automatic reaction "I did something wrong (otherwise I would not be in this situation)". In retrospect, it seems that life gave me different types of situations to trust and surrender every time even more; and up until now life has blessed me e-ve-ry-ti-me with so many wonders, and synchronicities - it feels unreal…or supernatural ;)

Before I discovered Dr Joe Dispenza I was doing meditation in Silence. I have purchased from Dr Joe's site one of his meditations on 'tuning in to new potentials'. The meditations have loud music in the background with Dr Joe verbally directing the meditation. I have to raise the sound in order to hear his voice which makes the music in the background overpowering. Question. Will this type of meditation with music and Dr Joe speaking stilll work in producing in me a possible new potential? In other words, will music and listening to the voice of Dr Joe interfere or interrupt with the ability to pass on one's intentions into the void or silence? Does that still work? For example, the spiritual teacher, Yogananda, instructs that after meditating deeply and when you have reached the silence, you then concentrate with unswerving will (intention) on the thought of your need. Because how can you pass on your intention for a new potential into the silence if you have loud music and Dr Joe's voice disturbing the silence you need to arrive at? Many thanks.

I love what she said about the tumor being her "navigator". Cancer is not our enemy, our body doesn't suddenly produce internal enemies for no reason. What kind of sense would that make? Cancer is there as your body's last-ditch attempt to solve an underlying problem. Ever since I read an article called "Cancer To The Rescue" by Stephanie Seneff, I have seen cancer in an entirely new way, as deserving of love in its own right. The article is pretty dense with chemistry and biochemistry, but at the end she sums up the actionable steps, if anyone out there is currently dealing with cancer, and looking for answers.

Thank you Lusaka. I needed to hear about healing without going to a workshop. My spouse will not listen to anything about Joe’s work at all and won’t allow me to spend money for a workshop. By the way, I have been meditating for a workshop to come near me for months. Suddenly, it will be 2 hours away in Sept., but the hotel cost is out of my financial reach. So Ibwill keep on meditating and reading and watching these testimonials. I am so happy that you are cured. Live in peace.
