15 years ago, Victoria was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, which causes severe issues with digestion and elimination. Then a doctor prescribed a colostomy bag...which happened to coincide with the release of What the Bleep Do We Know, and Victoria suddenly felt hope that she could heal. She changed her life completely, and healed by eliminating everything in her life that might possibly trigger a return of symptoms. But eventually she wanted to go on with her life - she married, and they had a baby. When her daughter was 10 mos. old, Victoria went into the hospital with life-threatening issues. She survived, and then started over...again. This time, she dived into Dr Joe's books and meditations.

I think what they need to start doing now in the West is getting children to meditate every morning for 20 mins every day. That’s a skill they will develop and they will be happier and healthier. Healthy mind = healthy body 😊

Lisa Marie yes. Perhaps we can go to schools or maybe school boards. Show them the simple 2 minute putting hand on heart, breathing into heart, being grateful that moment. Releasing. Done. Suggest this be done beginning in morning after pledge of allegiance. Maybe at the beginning of class after lunch also. Just 2 minutes. Teacher can do, also.

Thank you for saying that Dr. Joe. He said you don’t need the fireworks to be healed. That’s comforting since I haven’t experienced that yet. I do feel like what he said that with each meditation it’s chipping away at the old programming and old personality. I know I’m getting better, I just have to keep at it. I definitely feel it in my heart when I meditate and often cry. One thing for sure is that doing this work has helped me love myself for the first time and I’m so grateful! I’m so grateful for this life saving practice. Thank you! 🤗🌟💓💓🤍

Thank you Valerie. Talking about such an awkwardly icky physical affliction, especially as a lady, is not easy but I felt it was more important to put my ego aside and be of service...and possibly reach others who felt as embarrassed as me about the struggle and symptoms, and ultimate triumph and freedom because it's anyone's taking!

@@adinat7192 Hello Adina, Thank you for connecting. My life is going really well and improving every day. I have been meditating for nearly 3 years, not always or only Dr Joes work. It definitely is all about who you become and my experience with my recovery initially was extremely complex, entangled and confusing. I found that I needed to approach it from other avenues at the same time, ie. nature very strongly, mainly home grown foods, yoga.... I had to find a version of things that resonated with my spirit, meaning a high standard of yoga teaching for example. This is proving true for all aspects because there is a bigger picture emerging as I did not know my truth...... I hope this is of some help and if you would like to talk sometime and I can give you more support or detail please do not hesitate to ask..... This is a very personal journey and that is one of the beauties and great gifts.

Hi Victoria ! 😊 Thank you for sharing your amazing and incredible story. WOW! I am also grateful Dr. Joe was on stage with you because your story was quite long so Dr. Joe would stop and teach us very important points for us to comprehend and assimilate. Perfect combo!!! My favorite takeaways was "DO THE WORK" every day (4am was best for her) and never miss a day!!! WOW!!!. The second takeaway for me was "you don't have to necessarily explode in ecstasy to get better and get healed" and it can happen gradually and naturally over time.I think this is where dedication, persistence, and daily regimen comes in. I love love love these testimonials so much because each one is like a "GOLDEN NUGGET" for all of us to learn, assimilate and benefit from! YES!!! May the source keep you healthy and happy with tons of family fun 🙏

Thank you! Your takeaways from my story were some of the exact ones I wanted to share. I am grateful you "heard" my words. I am very grateful that Dr Joe could elaborate on what wanted to share. Integral and gradual transformation is amazing because, like steady weight loss from changing lifestyle habits, it's not as revokable.

"The closer you are to the Unified Field the less seperation between two points of, you, consciousness free-willed individsual and the objective consciousness of the UF. Your consciousness merges with the greater consciousness and the two become one and there's no seperation and you're creating from the field. You may have instantaneous arousal (other people are just shaving down the rough edges every day, taking them down one by one dismantling the personality) one by one staying conscious of a program every day just shave one down and thenjjj wake up one day and realized that thay hadn't had pain for the last six weeks but they were too busy being somebody else..." This point really encourages me to commit myself to the work, be patient and resilient! persevere!

Thank you, Victoria! This really encouraged me and helped me understand not to create an insulated, "safe" environment, but to trust God and do the work every day, which I have been for 8 weeks now. My back injury is healing, I feel much happier, and I know that I will be healed of celiac, vitiligo, and thyroiditis as well. I loved your affirmation, "I am healthier now than I've ever been" and I am adopting it for myself! God bless you!

Thank youfor such an inspiring story! When you said "its my connection to God " I've felt goosebumps and teary-eyed I've felt so much joy in your statement. Maybe because i also meditate daily and yeah it's true...it is our connection to God! Thank you!

the biggest takeaway from this is 14:25 lots of people are running after that pop myself included and feel frustrated and discouraged when we don't get it.

english is not my native language, a "pop" means here that she didn't have this gamma waves in her brain causing mystical moments, but she healded herself anyway, right ? could you confirm please ?

Victoria, thank you so much for your testimony, I find it so inspirational, have been watching over and over. If you don't mind my asking, what meditation did you do mostly and how long did it take for your healing overall? I am doing Blessings of the Energy Centers every day for my GI issues with no relief yet. Thank you again and God Bless you!

@@victoriar705 Victoria, is it okay with you if I can ask you just a couple questions to help refine my own personal practice? Fellow Chronie here as well. If it’s possible to set up a little something (respectful of your time) it would mean a lot and be super valuable to ask you a couple. Let me know and we can set something up for a quick email/chat etc? I’ve been searching everywhere for you for some wisdom 😂

If I do it first thing in the morning I do nothing the rest of the day. I find I have to do it at the end- after I get "my work" done. I'm a writer. The edge helps me work- My concentration just dissipates if I do the meditation in the morning. I'm inspired when I hear the testimonials, but I've been meditating every day, but only for a month or so- it feels like years:-) I don't know why these meditations I resist - I used to meditate every day and it was a source of relaxation - this isn't - there is a bit of fear of the "effort" and a feeling of "when is it going to work and I'll be all better"? something I had no stake in before when I meditated as I was healthy. When I say a month I laugh at myself because it truly feels like years - but it's the wrestling with myself that I notice. I came back from the Advanced last month- again very confronting- I want to have a magical mystical experience- I really do feel it's a bit like it's eating dust - like work I feel I must do to heal a serious condition "incurable" but I feel each day deeply. Either the meditation is ahead of me - or it's done and I feel so relieved that I overcame myself that I give myself a vacation. I really hope it's not always a will of discipline. Once I'm meditating it's good, but it's' getting there that I negotiate with myself. But only one day did I say-"fk it" Does anyone else have an experience like this that's doing it with the intention of healing a physical "illness." one deemed "serious" that affects your ability to do something like walk?
