Hey Deb, I fell in love with the way Totally Tiffany's style and you tube explained ideas are very easy and she even expresses that you don't have to use her products to get yourself organized. Good luck, I've been working in my spare time to get mine cataloged I still have a long way to go.

I will respond six years later. Use a computer scanner and scan the clear stamp image card--I would save a .jpg or .png to save a bit of HD space. When all of the cards have been scanned as images, use a program like PowerPoint or even Word to arrange the images four to a page, each image would be maybe 5" or so by 3 3/4"-4". Use whatever categorization system you prefer. Personally I cannot imagine owning 300 clear stamps as I am concerned they might not stand the test of time and many require a stamping platform to get a solid image.

Trish, I know it's bee a while since you posted this, but I just wanted to let you know that I use this system as well, but what I do is go online and find where the item is sold or where I purchased it and copy the picture into a word document (do a index label page, that way all the pictures will be the same size on the page).

@@latonyalee7821 - That would be much better than my photocopies. I checked Word and there are many (many) index label templates. Do you know the product number you are using for this? Thanks, Nicole (mine are set-up by theme)

Hi, Many of my stamps sets have multiple categories, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas sentiments in one set. I have a heavy duty binder that I use to categorize my stamped images.I stamp the images on cheap printer paper and write the name of the stamp set below the images. I write the name of the page in the upper right hand corner, such as Balloons, Religious, Christmas Greetings, Christmas Images, Christmas Religious, Santa, Summer, etc. I place these in top-loading sleeve protectors ( I use the heavy duty page protectors due to the constant use of this binder.) Instead of the numbering system that Jamie uses, I alphabetize mine. I have s second binder that I keep a copy of the complete stamp set in. I use mostly Stampin' Up! products. I remove the image page from the case and run it through my copier. Two image pages will fit on one sheet of paper. I insert these into page protectors as well. I organize these alphabetically by the first initial of the title. So all titles with a word beginning with A are grouped together, but they are not individually alphabetized. This has freed up so much shelf space for me. I hope these suggestions may be helpful Peggy Mitchell Tyndall, SD

I think she just photocopied the stamp set in the photo copier, printed them out and glued them onto the labelled sheet. Or she could of scanned the stamps as a jpeg, formatted it onto the page on her computer using something like Microsoft Publicher and printed them out.

Just make larger envelopes... Am I not understanding your question? You can make those envelopes any size you need them to be.

The binder is useful for finding a stamp set you want. Instead of looking at the stamp sets themselves you can go to your binder and find, for instance, all the birthday themed stamp sets and find the one you want.

I'm guessing that she photo copies them in the package, but if you don't have the package, just stamp them on paper and put in binder. If you don't want to stamp them, could look up on internet and take a picture and print.
