Parkour (the art of motion) brought these guys together.
This video (showreel) features one of the best London (UK) based professional free running (freerunning) team. All well established parkour practicionners, with various background (such as break dancing, martial arts, rock climbing, roller skating...) get hired for stunt double work. These free runners (freerunners) display their acrobatic skills. They will make you want to learn how to do parkour, flips, jumps, tricks. When they 're not jumping in the street they win competitions like world freerun championships or the redbull art of motion

Freerunning is got to be the greatest sport in the world. I can only imagine the feeling they get after performing tricks like these. Amazing video packed with crazy ideas, you guys are awesome and inspiring! Also 5:50 is one of the most beautiful tricks I have ever seen. I'm waiting for volume 2! :)

I came to know about parkour after watching this video, I was so amazed that I watch it repeatedly... I even make a audio of this video and listen it over and over again.... Remembering their moves and action mentally.... I tried to attempt some moves but was not very successful... This video is a symbol of perfection that do something in life so amazingly that even after many years people remember you.... You guys are seriously awesome.....

that clip motivated me and when i was 13 y.o. i start to jumping all around my room, after 2 weeks i shows that video to bf... Unless you have access to a gym that trains this, you will have to go through learning with a higher risk. You can lower these risks by using an old mattress so soften falls, training in a familiar place (such as your backyard) and using someone else as a spotter. Hope that helps!

GermenWarfare The best way to train is progressions. There are many people who just go out and try something huge to start with. Take what you want to learn/do and start small. As you get better and better, scale up the size of what you are doing. There is always the risk, but being cautious and taking time is going to lower the chance. Go out, have fun, and stay safe!

David Whene its good to see someone here not a nerd. i looked at your channel you do the same stuff as me nearly. anyways im scared to climb this big stuff cos if the police come then im stressed out n have to down climb. but im gonna climb this 5 story plant trellis after i get confident with climbing again after injury. i mean its just free climbing part of parkour really. i dont make vids cos i dont want to start thinking im a movie star and all that, i just like to train and do this stuff. now i can backflip and put my hand on the ground just learned that myself, all self trained no gymnastics center.
