To beat my record you will need a wind of greater than 40 knots. 34knots is just a warm up :)

40 knots ! ? That's barely enough to flap the girlfriend's knickers or raise a hanky at the train station. And if your fool enough to make for open water in a shit box like the laser you deserve to drown.
