DiRT Rally 2.0 | If Audi Returned to Rally.. | 600BHP S1 EKS Quattro 4K Gameplay

Still patiently waiting for you Audi...
There was news last year that Audi and the EKS team were developing a Rally2-spec A1 Quattro, which could potentially be used in the WRC2 bracket, but it's gone a bit quiet again.. Fingers crossed, then they could hopefully also return to the Rally1 class again after a 35 year hiatus!
For now though we can only pretend, so in this video we are going full tilt in the absolutely insane 600bhp Audi S1 EKS Quattro (2018 model). Using this car on a normal rally stage was made possible by the ACAT (Any Car Any Track) mod, available for PC players to download from a website called Race Department.

Nice run! Going to practice some DR2 when my GT DD Premium Bundle arrives in february. Just in time before WRC 23 is released. ( fingers crossed ).

I don't understand how to drift along a hairpin like that. Are you supposed to clutch in or power through it? I cant seem to do it

I tend to hit the clutch at the same time as pulling the handbrake on entry, then just keep feathering the throttle to keep the drift going :)

What is the best way for me to record my Wreckfest gameplay on my PS4 to upload to KZfaq?

Hey man! I guess you could use the PS4 record feature (by pressing the share button on the controller twice), then either upload directly to YT from the PS4 or transfer the video to your PC via a USB stick. Or alternatively you could buy a capture card and record everything on that, then transfer the footage and upload to YT on your PC 👍

Yeah basically just like an external hard drive that you can use to capture your gameplay footage :)

Is it just me or do RX cars have more grip on rally stages than the rest of the rally cars? I've played witjlh ACAT too and couldn't help but notice it

Interesting! I would actually say the opposite from my personal experience, especially since you can’t put wet/soft tyres on them. That combined with crazy amounts of power feels like they just want to slide everywhere, but then I mostly use them in wet conditions, so maybe it’s that too!

Hello i love your content and i was thinking if i should buy PXN V10 or thrustmaster t300 RS GTT i have budget for both but i want shift lever too but i dont want to buy shifter for 100$ is really good PXN V10 for begginers? Also i saw the PXN V10 video and i love it but i really didnt find the answer for that thanks

Hey man, thanks for the comment I really appreciate it! Glad you enjoy the videos :) I did like the PXN V10 and I had fun using it, but for me personally if I had the budget to be able to buy the Thrustmaster wheel I think I would go with that. What platform are you on if you don’t mind me asking and would you mainly be playing rally games? (Just wondering because I couldn’t get the PXN V10 to work on Forza Horizon 5 on PC at all)

@@Storm_RX I am on PC and i have CarX, Drift Rally 2.0, Asseto Corsa, Need for speed and GTA some drifting and rally i really like but i am really not sure what to buy for what i will play i heard trustmaster is really good and is trustmaster supporting everything?

@@Her0Speedy Thrustmaster is a really good brand in my opinion and yeah it would support all of those games on PC without any issues. I only had a limited time with the PXN V10 so I didn’t try all of the games you listed but as mentioned in the video I had to set up all of the configurations from scratch on DR 2.0, WRC and Assetto Corsa as the wheel wasn’t properly recognised, whereas the TM wheel definitely will be :)

@@Her0Speedy No worries man! It’s a bit more expensive, but if you can manage to stretch your budget a little bit more I would seriously recommend the Thrustmaster TH8A shifter. I have it and it’s genuinely a brilliant piece of kit, very well made so it will last a long time and it has an adapter that comes with it so you can change between h-pattern and sequential shifting modes easily which is a lot of fun and not many other shifters have that feature.

Okay if you are on console you would need to buy an adapter called a DriveHub to allow you to use the g29 with the Thrustmaster handbrake

Probably DR 2.0, but WRC 9 is definitely a fun game and one of the best WRC’s for me personally :)

@@hawken582 Nice man! I think some people forget that the vast majority of modern day rally cars are anywhere between 360-540 degrees so no point in making it way harder for yourself, the WRC guys certainly wouldn’t try to tame a 600bhp monster at 900 degrees 😅
